I ran into the same situation. Thinking a worker or customer may have hid them. Said there was three on hand via Popfnder. Is it possible it just got off the truck? Not sure how that works.

Does your Target have those customer touch screen kiosks throughout the store that allow you to check on hand vs in the back?
I think, but always thought you needed to scan the barcode and didn’t think about taking the tag out on the shelf to scan. Just asked a worker and she used her handheld device. Told me they have three on hand, nothing in the back. Nothing was on the shelf.
Did she go look for them? if they're "in hand" according to her scan, then they're in the store somewhere, potentially in the back despite it reading 0. Or they could also be hidden on the floor. The kiosks that have a large touchscreen about the size of an ipad pro have an onscreen keyboard where you can enter a search by name or DCPI. It will also tell you if a nearby store has any in stock.
Quick question for Hasbro distribution experts: For a while there, under the TF line, we’d end up with 0.5 waves or repacks that would get figures from early waves back into stores...I feel it was more common back with a TF toyline extended for 4 or more waves. My question is whether Hasbro does that for lines like Marvel Legends and Star Wars and whether it is feasible for them to do so here with GI Joe. It just seems like it would make too much sense to have a .5 wave made up of Troopers, Ninjas and Alley Vipers later this year.
They are on the truck waiting to be stocked. The next move is ask the toy dept personel when stocking will occur. yes its happening now Mixed waves have been spotted as well as partial cases. No mixed cases of cobra island though only partial.
Not necessarily. They could very well be on the truck, but they could also be anywhere in the store. I see on-hand all the time and the merch was in the back, on a stocking cart, or on the floor.
