I recall the exact day and moment I found that wave. I been calling WMs trying to costs them and finally came across one that did. Hastily drove there, walked into the aisle, and found the entire colorful wave on the pegs. Grabbed every one. Still some on my favorite GIJoe figures of all time.

I was just kidding because that masked head looks like Beach Head to me.

Reminds me of my hunt for Renegades/30th anniversary Storm Shadow. Probably the only 30th anniversary Joe I never saw at retail.

I come close to buying a printer every other month but I probably have more fun scratch building than computer whipping. If I went that route, i'd get the game "world of guns"' and just export the models from there.

They should be, they’re also designed by a former GI Joe designer who didn’t like how Hasbro weapons were made out of flexible PVC. So he made his weapons out of ABS plastic instead.

Well looks like I'm ordering these along with their Sgt Slaughter

So what's the general consensus on the Valaverse stuff? Is anyone other than Slaughter an intentional G.I. Joe fill in? Don't really like that their figures are $30, but the reason for that is understandable, being a kickstarter and all, plus they look really good.

I know the Funko Pop Joes have already been shared here, but not sure about these:

Mystery Minis Hasbro Retro Toys Box of 12 Figures

I’d be interested in that little Shipwreck and Cobra Commander, if it didn’t mean having to buy the whole case, or playing the blind-bag lottery. Why the hell is Leatherneck there?

I'd like to see a wider selection of guns. Would it kill them to do something slightly more exotic like a Mini-14 or a Luger? I swear, it's like M16, Nerf, M16, Nerf, M16, Nerf...

Has Arctic Storm Shadow been released outside the US? I'm seeing him listed in stock in some asian countries.

Not to my knowledge, but I am personally using the Urban trooper as my Firefly.

Nice! Mine did its reset and put the first wave up (got my snake eyes) I plan on checking my Target on Monday, and I'll be there at opening on the 14th. I also found the peg for classified in the middle of all the Toy Story 4 leftovers.

I thought the riot trooper looked awfully "basic Cobra trooper" esque.

He looks like he’d make a decent firefly, but I think I’ll stick with my fortnite havoc, mainly because I like the extra flourishes in the design.

also got my snake eyes in today! Really don’t like his backpack, doesn’t stay in securely so I’m leaving it off and just back mounting the scabbard. All I need now is Destro and I’ll have all of wave 1 and then Beachhead and Baroness for cobra island

Finished the 1911 today and ordered some resin Mp5s from an ebay vendor. IMG_3558.JPG My acrylic base had to be further thinned to achieve correct thickness. IMG_3560.JPG IMG_3562.JPG Here I switched from gluing an entire piece, to making correct slides for each side. IMG_3563.JPG Had to Joe-up the design of the 1918 1911 around the trigger to get the thing to fit in a dudes hand easily. Also made a beefer trigger guard because I like to drop the weapons on the ground a lot. 61835217939__897FB38A-BFB0-4850-A09E-F34781B6E448.JPG
