Man,.......why can't Hasbro reissue the G.I Joe figures again on these type cards again. When they did these figures I'm guessing 2010,11' i never got what i wanted to finish off buying what i needed. There is so many of those figures i wanted but either Walmart didn't have them or they stopped getting in certain waves by then. It's basically to make way for more of the new cards with that logo "TV show" if i remember right of what was on upler right corner. Plus that chopper well helicopter should we say. I wanted that sssssoooooo bad and still do but never seen it in the wild. If you where now to try and buy it,...... Its way over priced.

Club and Joe Con prices once they stopped selling at retail killed the 4" line for me. I couldn't do $25+ a figure so ended up selling my collection off with the exception of the "Original 13".

I stopped buying when the line went to club-only, but I didn't sell off my collection. I don't need every obscure vehicle driver or ECO tiger python brigade repaint to be happy with my collection.

If/when Joe makes it back to retail shelves, I hope we see some collector-focused products in the form of a 6" ARAH line or some vintage carded 4" reissues/redo's of some characters (since figure design has improved so much since the early 25th line). However, given the thousands of ARAH and modern figures I've amassed the last four decades, I'm perfectly content if I never buy another Joe. If they make something that has full articulation on not a bunch of giant missile gimmicks, I'll gladly be a good little child-of-the-80's consumer and buy some, but if not, I'm really ok with that.

I mostly hope they don't put out a crappy kid-focused 5 PoA line that tanks, and then turn around and claim that "see, today's market won't support military toys."

^Yes, the 25th card-backs were the best, very eclectic and all kinds of awesome.....

^I remember specifically that same time. Retail Joes hit $9.99 and the club's prices were in the 25-30$ per figure range. I remember thinking to myself that the fandom will not support these kind of price points.....

^I will absolutely refuse to support a 5POA line. We had more articulation than that in 82'. If they want to go back to that type of pricing, say around $4.99 per figure, I might consider it. Anything above $7.99 for a 5POA and they can kiss my grits......

I wouldn't support a 5 PoA line if they were giving them away. It just holds zero interest for me at any price. But that's always been SW territory, not Joe. The few times they've slipped a t-crotch into the line, they definitely heard about it. Sure, Hasbro is a greedy corporation that will cut any corner to save a nickel, but I like to think they're not THAT stupid. Or better yet, I like to assume they know we won't support such a thing.

^Let's hope you're right, releasing a 5POA line after the Joe line has been resting (Hasbro's term, not mine) for so long, would be the final nail in the proverbial coffin......

You talking about the Eaglehawk? That was exclusively at TRU and online stores.
Last I heard, Hasbro admitted that was a mistake and would never make 3.75" Joe's like that again. Hope that stays true.

I'm surprised they never brought back Star Brigade armor tech Joe's but fully articulated.

Oh no,....... I meant in general of those cards. I didn't get a chance to finish getting all of the carded figures so i missed some waves completely. I missed that G.I.Joe 7pack with talking voice box in it. I think it is with Hawk,Duke and a few others like lady Jay i think it had but I'm guessing here cause it's been awhile since I'd seen it.

^Just snagged this guy off of evil-bay for 60$ shipped + 8% ebay bucks....

I have all of the AT Club figures so this will be a nice addition to that shelf. I didn't want to pay 100$+ for the set of 2 with that turd green figure Coils-O-Doom, or whatever the heck his name is, and then have to hassle with selling him on ebay.....

Anyway, this will probably be my last Joe purchase for a while until we get some new stuff......
