I've got both the one from Mr. Fantastic and Beast, but Beast's might be able to get the closed lab coat look from v3 a bit better.
If you're talking about the Retro Mr. Fantastic your Mindbender won't have sleeves on his labcoat since the arms for it are alternate parts that you swap out instead of being part of the lab coat. Though, maybe that might be a look some would like for the good Doctor.
Yea, if they could include a body mold of the Fridge' (completely out of shape circa 2014', Caucasian, a few inches taller, and with glasses) that would be my selfie series figure....
Here's one I'm considering replicating. Think I read that the arm connections needed to be shaved a bit though. It's the Commando Snake Eyes body, Mr Fantastic arms and coat and Mindbender head and neck
All these pipe line reveals for Joe, when the heck are full waves going up for order? I hope they aren't waiting until Snake Eyes movie figures finally clear out from shelves, LOL!
I think "waves" may be getting phased out so that individual figures can be restocked more easily. They have been doing some of that with smaller retailers previously and recent exclusives. Of course, if the cashiers don't scan each item, then that jacks up automatic reordering... I know they stated five figure waves last year, but they haven't been moving in that direction.
Oh, I agree. HP can’t get regular cards to customers without damaging them. Late alone a custom. Just wishful thinking.
What, you don't think a chubby face on a skinny Cobra body looks perfectly congruent? You make a valid point, though. If they really want to make this line in such a way that it's a true personification, they need to explore more body options: short, tall, big and small, and everything in the middle. Plus, ethnicities and gender. I gather that's probably a bit beyond the scope of what they were going for, but honestly, people are more than just a face.
I'm wondering if moving away from waves is good for business overall? It is great for us collectors because we can order the figure we want on BBTS, but if a single figure gets put on a shelf, that nobody wants and it doesn't move, it affects the rest getting stocked. Does it affect Target and Walmart analytics when looking at sales?
It's not like Target and Walmart have been particularly effective at stocking shelves for Classified the last few years to begin with
Not necessarily. Each individual figure will be its own unique item with its own individual peg. If Shipwreck doesn’t sell it won’t restrict Snow Joe from being reordered if the system shows that more of that individual items is needed.
Kamakura dropped to 29.99 CAD at Amazon.ca. If you missed him now's a good time to get a better price! https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B09QTP11FX/
I am in for Snow Job and The Trouble Bubble. I wish SE ver.2 and Quinn had been announced but oh, well.
