That's been my biggest hold-up with it. If the HISS Tank had been an aquatic vehicle, I'd probably have bought it and done an all aquatic shelf. I'm kind of holding out for a Fortnite land vehicle. Most prospects are kind of civilian looking or overtly silly. Maybe the blue tank. I'd get the taxi for the LOLs. Already planning to have Santa Claus on my Joe Shelf and Sgt. Slaughter playing basketball against Serpentor with the $25 Starting Lineup hoop set. My Joe shelf is going to be WEIRD when it's finished. Having the Joes drive a taxi, leaning out the window with guns drawn is exactly my level of weird. A lot of the Fortnite stuff is TOO weird. (A food truck?) Some of it is too normal. (A sports car?) I could honestly see Joes fighting out of a taxi though. A taxi works for me. I'm trying to hit Sunbow/DiC level weird without going over.
Mine arrived yesterday just as my wife pulled into the driveway. If it wasn't for her love of the F14 I would be in for a tense weekend.
Skystriker has arrived. Box is way bigger than I thought it would be. Best bang for your buck Haslab so far. The amount of figures it comes with is ridiculous and I still cant believe it did not get enough backers to unlock the others.
You could put chuckles in the cab if hasbro ever produces him.. He is the gijoe undercover specialist.. Lol yeah you're right its funny but wierd having a joe shooting from a cab lol..
It's not very Joe, but the 80s Jolly Rogers insignia would look great on the black vertical stabilizer that comes with the Skysrriker.
I'm looking forward to seeing all of this, lolz! I found a Recondo yesterday at one target and his mustache is fine. Then went to a different target and saw 6 more on the peg. All good mustaches. Got mine home and opened and the upper joint of the right knee was still fused together as if it wasn't cut at all or the solution didn't work it's way in. Had to get out the exacto knife and do some carving. The front looks fine but I had to remove quite a bit of material from the side and back. After all that, I soaked it with WD-40 for about a half hour then dipped it in hot water and it works like a charm now. It isn't as pretty as it once was but at least I didn't lose a finger or need stitches, lolz. It just sux that I had to do that to a 25 dollar toy...
If you saw that many while you were out why didn't you take it back for an exchange? I'd have only done surgery like that if there were none left to exchange it for.
This is EXACTLY what I'm waiting for. VF-103 is such a recognizeable iconography that it needs to be on there, GI Joe iconography be damned. Though it isn't really an F-14...it's an XP-14F. I want to keep a mix of GI Joe and US Navy VF-103 insignia on it. Feels right.

In all seriousness, I’m thrilled for everyone getting this gem. I didn’t have the space for it and my spaces are dedicated for the Razorcrest and BMF. I’d have to pack away a Vintage Whale to make room for this and that wasn’t happening. If I had a home with a basement with more room and the cash I’d be super jealous right now. Who am I kidding? Not much to show on mine. Just added the names on the canopy and the air intake earnings! I love this thing. It's the Sky Striker I've always wanted after being so disappointed by the ME one. Not much to show off as In waiting on reprolabels to, hopefully, do a set of VF-103 Jolly Rogers labels for it. Only opened three figures...Ace, Scarlet and Wayne. Everything else is staying carded. Wayne is my eternal RIO, but Scarlet looks good in the RIO seat too! In retrospect I should've gotten two. It's a real cool jet.

I find it bizarre that the wings and decals for the sky striker are not in the box with the main jet. What is that about? Seem like a total bozo decision. Everything else being separate makes sense but not for jet parts…

Considering I’ll never be able to own the Retro release I’m okay with this Gung Ho. Sure it doesn’t scream Gung Ho at first glance but it was never a bad figure. Or maybe thats the five stages of grief playing tricks on me. Also never thought I’d be jealous of an action figure’s mustache.
