Hasbro actually changed the name to "Croc Master" late in the production cycle. The team that named Snow Job and Beach Head was originally planning to call the character "Master Gator" before they were fired and jailed.
I feel like the "Land and Sky" is, itself, the tease. One land. One sky. If they do Steel Brigade, I guess they'd be interpreting SB as pilots?
Agent Helix!!!!! Hell yes lets go! I needed her on my Joe shelf right now, she was all that was left after Slaughter & Beachhead to have the three Joes I wanted most in this line. Can't wait to see what she looks like. Maybe we can get a Dawn Moreno Snake Eyes in the near future as well.
I picked this up tonight from my semi-local toy shop... I saw him and said he was coming home with me. It will be opened in the next few days. 2009 - Night Adder (v1): Cobra Security Officer from "The Rise of Cobra" subline (black tattoo version). Although, like a lot of the "movie" figures, he looks more like a MARS trooper than Cobra, I still dig this one. It looks like a very good fit for Cobra Night Watch.
My problem with the Grunt idea is how do you make that an army builder? Also, Hasbro is skewing towards adding diversity through army builders. (Python Officer, female Officer, Viper 3 pack.) So my best guess if they did a greenshirt would be to make him black and give him like 4 different heads? I don't think army builders with exposed faces work terribly well in a line like Classified because the faces are too detailed. So I lean towards greenshirts not working.
I got shipping notices tonight for the rest of my PP Officer figs from Target, where I thought they were getting cancelled because of backorder. Within minutes, I also got a notice the ones I had preordered from HasbroPulse (because thought Target was going to cancel, after 3 delay approvals) were about to ship soon, too... So, I ran over to the HasbroPulse app and cancelled those real quick. 4 will be plenty of that figure for me. I was wrong. I may have missed, but they slipped an announcement or two onto a video... On tonight's announced figures, a generic 3-Pack GI Joe Troop Builder set, like the Viper one. (I'll probably get at least one as can make them my own characters or use as "fodder" for the HISS Tanks.) They also announced a more recent character, Agent Helix, a female Joe specialist introduced in the 2009 line. Yeah, I was in a rush, just skipped some pages, and didn't read it... My bad.
Do like the ML shield twopack, have two troopers with a couple different heads. Have the bodies be in jumpsuits and wearing gloves and it’s easy to have them be different ethnicities with a headswap.
Or maybe Hasbro could use this as an excuse to actually provide more hands than one or two. Like Slaughter. Personally if it's a Greenie troop builder pack my interest turns to zero but that does sound like a more elegant solution than only neck and head being different skin colors.
I didn't order the Skystriker from Haslab, don't regret not getting it. No money or room, and I own a Skystriker already. For those who got it, I sincerely hope you enjoy it.
Hasbro went all out on the packaging. Repurposing the small inner boxes that hold the extras into runway pieces was the icing on the cake.
Got my two Skystrikers this morning. Any other fellow Canadians get theirs too? Wished it arrived yesterday when my wife wasn't home. Whole lotta explaining to do lol...

That's been my biggest hold-up with it. If the HISS Tank had been an aquatic vehicle, I'd probably have bought it and done an all aquatic shelf. I'm kind of holding out for a Fortnite land vehicle. Most prospects are kind of civilian looking or overtly silly. Maybe the blue tank. I'd get the taxi for the LOLs. Already planning to have Santa Claus on my Joe Shelf and Sgt. Slaughter playing basketball against Serpentor with the $25 Starting Lineup hoop set. My Joe shelf is going to be WEIRD when it's finished. Having the Joes drive a taxi, leaning out the window with guns drawn is exactly my level of weird. A lot of the Fortnite stuff is TOO weird. (A food truck?) Some of it is too normal. (A sports car?) I could honestly see Joes fighting out of a taxi though. A taxi works for me. I'm trying to hit Sunbow/DiC level weird without going over.
