If they go POC Steel Brigade the Stalker mold would do with Beach Head’s vest but I’d prefer v.1 which would require a button down torso from Duke, Spirit or Recondo. Then it’s just a matter of a lower arm that could resemble the gloved look of the original. Green shirts definitely need a button down shirt but hopefully they aren’t lazy and are willing to mix molds to give them the long sleeve arms from Stalker. if Steel Brigade I’d rather see them go v.1 and build it off the Duke mold rather than POC where the Stalker mold would be more applicable.
Helix is fucking amazing. I need her like, yesterday, goddamn it! ...I also didn't watch the unboxing because I wanted to keep the excitement to myself. Oh yeah. Since the retro card Storm Shadow has forearm wraps without guards, hoping Hasbro repaints that mold specifically for the following: ARAH toy-based Storm Shadow with new shirt sleeved upper arms, nunchaku with chains, a sai and place to store them, also have this repainted as the: Red Ninja Sei Tin Ninja Viper with Jinx’s swords/backpack(new tooling) 1997 Storm Shadow from TRU which had a semblance to the Ninja Force deco

Something I didn’t notice until today is that the front landing gear on the Haslab Skystriker is all new and looks more realistic. Not sure about the rear landing gear yet as I haven’t seen a close up but that’s something I wasn’t expecting at all.
Was mess with Bazooka and check this out. Mainly I took a drinking straw and cut it in half. Instant blast effect.
Hope that troop builder comes with enough gear that you can fake some of the OG13 with some alternate heads.
So despite the fact that I requested a hold at Walgreens, I received an email that my Skystriker could not be delivered and delivery will be attempted next business day. And supposedly the other one is running early so should be coming tomorrow.
In that case we’d be getting a troop builder that is neither a Sunbow Greenshirt or a Steel Brigade, which are the two classic Joe trooper designs. I’d hope Hasbro would make a troop builder with a classic design rather than what they did with the 25th Anniversary Greenshirt pack.
Looking forward to the troop builder sets, hopefully they are reasonably priced and the first of more troop builder set to come.
I'm excited for Helix and would love to get a Dawn to back her up. The name drop for the troop builder isn't clear if it is a single figure or a two-pack. No indication if it will be a Steel Brigade style, Sunbow green shirt, or an OG style like the troop-builder from the early 2000s. Or something all new. No telling which era they are going to homage with this one. Emily fed us just enough info to perk us up and get many of us excited for the Feb livestream.
