I almost want another croc master to do the 50th red deco and make him look more python patrol but I know the minute I do hasbro announces it. Think that's why I haven't finished my monkey wrench. I also want to paint Fiona into an albino gator. Saw someone do it and it looker amazing. Also saw someone combine snake eyes with cobra ninja parts and paint the armor on snake eyes gold and now I can't find that Pic anymore. So wanted to try that too.
Seems like a stretch to me. Still doesn't explain why Cobra Island decided to get North American Alligators and not actual Crocodiles.. especially since some of them operate better in saltwater or near it. & they seem to be used as island defense... I'd have to see a Cobra Island Map though to see if it has swamps they can live in. I have to laugh though as didn't Cobra make the Island come out the ground with some land creation scam... so how come it has a like a mature mango swamp ? More genetic engineering I guess ? Though perhaps they should have GIANT CROCODILES if they have access to genetic engineering ? --------------- I think if they sold the baby Croc Grown up as a white Fiona with Croc Master in Python Patrol deco they could then perhaps do a Black one or much darker green with some other Cobra deco of him at some much later date, such as Night Attack or Crimson Guard. or even something a bit out of left field like a Blue Cobra Army deco. Or just randomly give him a jerkin made out of albine skin instead of green. Seeing Crocmaster though really does suggest a certain set of isoteric other Cobra afflilates that it would be fun to have sometime. Such as Big Boa. But could they maybe sell him with a Kangaroo ?
Not too worried about that as it's asking for my signature. I was relieved when Victory Saber was asking for my sig. Meant that even if I was at work I'd get it at some point of the week. It's more of had I known it's coming today, IE, a more timely shipping notice, I would've gotten it instead of being irritated I don't have it today, lol LOL it was really good. THere's two dim sum places in town and one we are regulars at, has dropped in quality the last couple years. Their dim sum master retired and as a result the food just isn't as good as it used to be. So we went to the other place, and my god they're good. They're always the more expensive and very busy place but we decided to go there instead and it's worth it. Positively amazing. The chicken feet at this place is more bland than the old place though. Otherwise everything else is great.
You didn't ask anything about Cobra Island. You asked why he had a gator if he was Croc Master, and I gave you a very plausible answer. But in reality, the better answer is that fiona is a crocodile. Most gators are near-black in color, have wider noses, and no visible bottom teeth when their mouths are closed. Fiona, like most crocodiles, is greenish-grey in color with a yellowish underside, a pointier nose, and visible lower teeth with her mouth closed. Thus she is almost certainly a crocodile. Feel better now?
Hasbro is improving. I received Galactus without even receiving a shipping notification, then received the shipping notification an hour later, and then the delivered confirmation at the end of the day.
Hoping for the best with the Skystriker that's supposed to be here tomorrow. I got the Fedex notice that it shipped 2 days ago and the Pulse shipping notice today. I switched it over to hold for pickup at Walgreens since I'll be at work.
I finally got my Skystrikers' shipping notice, so I should have both by monday. Fingers crossed. They've already made it from CA to OK, so I suppose there is an outside chance they make it tomorrow, but that's probably a stretch.
I just got the notifications from HP. Apparently my last Skystriker is one of the original one of two labels that were created last Friday. The other order has two jets even though details show the same weight, etc. information??
I don't know i'd have to see if there is a sub-species of Crocodile with a muzzle that short as well she gives me alligator vibes even if the over bite is not that common on alligators. Also she has ears which for some reason looks proper strange to me. that a 'crocodile' should have visible ears. But then I guess the proportions are no different to Skullcruncher. I just think the shape of the head seen from above isn't very Crocodile like to me... but then I am not super familar with every sub-species.
Got my shipping notice for the Skytriker. It should be here next Tuesday the 31st. Honestly, I kind of forgot about it. LOL! So, it was a nice surprise.
Those aren't ears, it's her Squamosal bones. And considering Cobra Island's location in the Gulf of Mexico, I think Fiona's most likely a Cuban crocodile: Note the shorter muzzle and bigger squamosals.
Such a weird tangent but I love the Fiona discussion, makes my purchase of that set feel that bit less of a waste (not the biggest fan of how Croc Master himself is done, but stuck with him).
I wish I could get into all the tiger force/python patrol stuff but I just can swing all that cash for repaints….knowing I’m gonna get the OG looks soon down the road
