Never seen them before. They look nice but it looks like the stand goes into the turbines so you may not be able to use the flame effects with the Haslab Skystriker.
That mirrors every one I've seen so far. If someone got a good one, it's a unicorn. The paint on my Bazooka's mustache was sloppy, but recondo looks like he was done by a blind chimp. Truth is, I don't think it'll be that hard to fix it myself, but just from an objective standpoint, it seems like the QC on this batch was non-existent.
Mine updated to shipped and are en route. Still waiting on a label for one more. It was purchased on a different account. I contacted customer service last Friday. They assured me label would be made on Monday/Tuesday. Im going to talk to them again to follow up.
I spoke to CS. My final Skystriker is processing. CS said HP are still creating labels for final orders. So the final one may be on the runway for a bit.
I'd be pissed if I opened up a box without the transparent front to see the figure and it had a defect. In fact, I think I'll be opening mine in the store just to avoid that.
Cobra Commander soon learns the bizarre results of selecting candidates by committee. Seems like neither the Baroness nor Tomax & Xamot will compromise on key qualifications. Don't worry, all the Movie Baronesses were on sale although only the final two for $5 on Amazon last week. Still got most of them at Gamestop for under $10 during their 50% off clearance sale last year. I also finally ran across the rare instance of Retro Destro in the wild. Plus the normal amount of Movie Baroness and Akiko still at full price.
God, those Snake Eyes movie figures will be on store shelves forever. Even online stores that have dropped them down to prices like $6 still aren't moving!
Sad thing is I'd probably buy more Scarlett and snake eyes for custom fodder at $6. Hell even $10. Local meijers did here and those were the only ones scalpers took along with storm shadow. Akiko and baroness left. Walmart still has them full price out the wazoo.
