Well it is the first stream of the morning whereas the Marvel panel is the last, so the audio issues will definitely be fixed by then. No point in getting upset about it though, it happens.

Tiger Force and Python Patrol are Target exclusives. The leaked listing from earlier this year is pretty much confirmed at this point.
Tiger Force Outback looks good. No interest in him as a character though. Same with Python Viper. I think that's exactly what exclusives should be though. The team repaints that the average collector doesn't necessarily need. Sure guys like Outback may come out here first, but when they aren't the "regular" version you won't have to worry about how they'll eventually release him in the mainline.
Python Patrol BAT. That's new. Cool idea. I don't troop build though. The Python Patrol logo on the front is pretty cool too.
The way the one marketing lady keeps going on about the yellow on the Python Patrol is hilarious. Makes me want them to do stuff from Eco-Warriors just to see the garish 90s colors make her flip out! Edit: Tiger Force and Python Patrol going up for preorder at 5 today at Target.
