Considering it got easier to get the Target exclusives, I am excited. However, learning from buying NECA, just because distribution gets better doesn't mean it can't get worse again. I'm cautiously optimistic.

I recall the Tiger Force being talked about earlier. Do we know who they are yet?

If the leak from some time back was true (and this seperate find gives it credence) the first wave will be Tiger Force Outback, Python Patrol BAT, and Python Patrol Viper. Still, grain of salt and all that.

Kind of a weird figure selection. I would have expected the cheap and easy route of Tiger Force Duke, Tiger Force Flint, Tiger Force Roadblock, Python Patrol trooper and Viper.

Agreed. Though I think that makes the leak a little more viable given the only figure in the initial wave that's "expected" is the Python Viper. People who fake stuff like this are typically less creative and usually make claims that are obvious choices and such. Still, grain of salt and all that until we get either decoded listings or a Hasbro announcement.

Since this might be a candidate for troop building... err, vehicle building, hopefully there'll be cheap breaker figures being sold for fodder. Looking at it, I think slipping off the vest, splashing some blue paint and getting the right cap, might result in a decent shipwreck.

This isn't a bad profile for a potential Jake Gyllenhaal movie mysterio..

I stopped at the closest target to me last night, as it listed 5 on popfindr, but none on shelves nor a price tag or area cleared for it (sometimes easier to ask an employee to scan the barcode with their handheld and say, "oh, wait, there appear to be some in the back, let me go check!")

Turns out my breaker should arrive on 10/3 (sunday??) according to the app, and based on how hasbro seems to be handling availability and ordering for CI now, I figured no need to press or stress.
...besides, I did see a simplified baroness amongst other things I purchased while at target
    20210930_185413.jpg
...which should easily tide me over until sunday.

Glad so many folks are finding Breaker! Mine is supposed to be here Monday. I'm not convinced that these are going to peg-warm. Classified has sold so quickly in the past, people tend to grab anything on the shelves. I never see Classified on the pegs at any department store around here. But if he does end up clearancing, I'll definitely buy two or three for the bikes.

Is there still some sort of Target fall geek thing happening this Sunday? Some sort of reveal? Or did my crack-addled brain make that up completely?

Yeah something(s) is getting revealed Sunday at 6 am PST. Not sure what it is but Hasbro is listed in the line-up so it could be anything.

I was hoping Breaker would be the last use of those terrible Duke/Flint/Viper arms but I bet we seem them again on the rumored Tiger Force Outback and then once again on the regular Outback.

I'll check target tomorrow before work, but if anyone finds/picks up a spare and is willing to send it my way, I'd much appreciate it.

I doubt it. There’s no way Hasbro designs Outback not in a t-shirt. If you go back to the 25th line where Flint and Breaker both used Duke arms, Outback did not.

Talking about what I heard in response to the bolded part...I don't think we have much to worry about this flood of Breaker. IIRC big box stores like Target envision sell-through of product in months rather than days. Immediate sell throughs like what we saw for CI Waves 1 and 2 are actually less desirable as they leave big gaps of time where there isn't product to be seen and bought.

So as long as Breaker sells well and he disappears before January of '22, I don't think there is a problem. COVID logistics issues aside, I think of there's still a ton of him available after January then we'll probably have a peg warming problem then.

Yeah, you reminded me, Flint with those Duke arms with the rolled up sleeves. Just terrible.

Until they fixed it later with the Shipwreck arms.

So who are folks “most wanted, but least liable to get made” wishlist figures for the 6” line?

For me I think it’s Dialtone… full-on vintage inspired down to his jaunty vest, oddly-shaped backpack, and silly little moustache. Never gonna happen, but I'd sure love if it did.
