So I impulse-ordered Cobra Island Roadblock; I like his look a lot, even though he doesn't look like classic Roadblock (I'm a fairly casual Joe fan, so I'm not sure if it's referencing a particular version of Roadblock). So for the more knowledgeable Joe fans out there, who know more of the characters, is there a fitting repurpose for this guy? Any widely-accepted alternate identity for him?

 

Some people have just mentally re-processed him as Heavy Duty, which isn't a bad fit.

Heavy Duty

Eyeshield/Sun glasses, Big weapons unit/Big Cannon, Backwards cap/ Do-rag, Ripped of sleeves/Sleeveless shirt, Facial hair/Facial hair, and that tattoo seems more like Heavy Duty than Roadblock.

And Heavy Duty always had some futuristic cannon so the giant nerf gun even works out for him.
