Fun and interesting episode... Barry and Caitlin on a 'date'... he's too fast changing her clothes tho. Even she was okay with him 'peeking' Also... Barry can sing. We knew Grodd is coming... eventually... but what the heck is he doing with those guys? Eating them? Always love the moments with Barry's dad.... he knows and he's proud of Barry. Awww.
Grood has been known to kill and eat people. Some of his action figures have come with Human skulls as accessories.
Okay.... the Grodd I know from Gorilla City seemed much too smart, sensible, classy even... and above eating humans... just conducted experiments on humans and controlling them. Of course, I just know the JL/JLA Grodd, not the comics one.

.... Gorilla's don't eat people ... like...at all. Strictly herbivorous. Chimps are a different story, but gorilla's don't eat people. But yeah, Grodd in the comics is more of a savage than he was in the cartoons. I know in one story they introduce the idea that if he eats brains he gains memories. But he was kinda obsessed with eating Wally during the Geoff Johns run.
All apes are omnivores, it's just a matter of how much. Low-land Gorillas (both east and west) eat insects (ants and termites specifically). Just very little as a percentage of their total diet compared to fruit or greenery.
Didn't they contradict themselves when they said that Shawna needed to see where she was going to teleport herself? How did she get herself inside the armored car without actually being able to see inside it? I was waiting for them to slip a "BAMF!" in there.
I loved that a lot actually. Even he said he wouldn't be much of a hero if he did. It's one of the things I really love about this show: Barry is a hero even in the little things he does. He's really selfless and that's really great to see.
Technically ALL animals are omnivores. Horses and cows eat birds, deer and buffalo chew bone, hippos...well hippos ARE officially megaomnivores...but those are supplements to a herbivorous diet. Similarly wolves and many other carnivores eat grass and berries. Gorillas supplement their diet with insects but it is only a supplement, unlike chimpanzees which are true omnivores. A lot of herbivores have fangs or big canines. It helps pierce fruit or tough plants. In gorillas case, the fangs are much bigger in males. They are used for display or rarely combat.

I just considered several BW VAs in the DC universe; Gary Chalk as Rupert Thorn, Ian Corlett as The camera boy in Superman, David Sobolov of David Kaye as Lex Luthor, Venus Terzo as Red Claw, I'm surprised that not many people are talking about this. jD001
Actually the entire cast of BW also work a lot on screen in Vancouver based productions. Most everyone of them had some kind of role on Stargate SG-1.
