I feel the same way.As soon as i seen the name.I couldn't help but say "Oh shit...'' I was waiting for him to yell something at them before he got them. My cable could go out before and after this show(Arrow too)and i would't miss it. I guess Barry's dad knows now. So much happened this ep.,atleast for me anyway. Is it to early to dread the wait for S2?
The feels this episode man. . . the feels I am shocked they're doing Grodd - the CGI budget on this show must be crazy, or they found some high grade equipment real cheap on ebay or something
Looks like Theory #2 I made back in Dec is indeed going to be it. Bary's father has to be a speedster as he clearly knows Barry is the Flash. What would be even cooler is if they somehow made it that the original Flash show was an alternate Earth or something to this one.

I knew it was Scott! Maybe he can voice Grodd seeing that they got him to have a live action appearance. Him or having Powers Booth return to the role would be perfect.
That could be interesting, but I think Mr. Allen is just smarter than the average convict. He's Barry's father, so I could reasonably see him picking up on things Barry has tried to keep from him. Although, I wouldn't be surprised if Spoiler part of Barry's inevitable trip to the past includes a conversation between him and his father about the future . Might help explain why he's been so content with his lot in life, and wanting Barry to move on and not worry about him.
I was so shocked to see Scott show up on the Flash. I love seeing voice actors in live action. I wished Scott's character could have been a meta-human or someone more relevant, still he gets the honor of stabbing Barry's dad. I almost didn't recognize him because he didn't have his trademark cowboy hat. That was scary awesome. Since Scott guest starred, we need Garry Chalk to voice Grodd. Come on who else wants Evil Optimus Primal?
Whoa I barely recognized Scott,but that was awesome to see him. Im hoping we get a good voice for Grodd. We got some good casting for the other villians,so why not Grodd?
