A big thanks to timshinn73 for the inspiration on modding The Fallen. I wanted The Fallen to be at least a tall as OP. So I used timshinn73's ideas on fixing the head and the hips and then I added more torso. Problem is, that left his arms alittle on the short side. So I extended them as well. I still have a few paint apps to do. Of course after seeing frenzy_rumble's repaint (which was kickass as usual) I am considering doing a total repaint myself. Anyway, lmk what you think and thanks for looking.
With my mod, he is just a tad bit shorter than ROTF prime. I think he's the same height as TFTM prime. http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/radicons-customs/244381-fallen.html painting it in a few hours. Your's looks pretty sweet. I can't wait o see what it looks like painted.
You know what, that is a really good idea. timshinn always thinks outside of the box. I really do like what you have done. Makes him more threatening. The only thing I would suggest is a little more meat.. I mean metal around the torso cheat area!!
Yeah, I wanted to give him more bulk as well. Unfortunately I couldn't find a suitable donor. Fact is I probably wouldn't be completely satisfied anyway. Even though he is bigger than normal for a voyager, he still lacks the length in his limbs (especially his legs) to give him a good chance at being evenly proportioned. I may still try to widen out his upper body alittle though before I paint. Thanks for the suggestion aka encouragment. I've been working outside the area for the last few weeks, so I haven't gotten the chance to do much with him. Hopefully I'll get more time soon. Thanks for the compliment. Not sure what you are refering to unless you are asking what I used. If so, I used the knee joints from BM Rattrap to reposition his legs as well as the forearms to lengthen Fallens arms. I used the torso of BW transmetal 2 Cheetor to extend Fallens torso. All the pieces I used needed some modification especially the the torso which I had to heat up and remold. Hope thats what you were looking for.
