Like holy crap when they said he was the Transformer version of Lucifer they weren't kidding! For those who have seen the "New Divide" music video (And those who haven't, see it it's bad ass!) right at the end when the music begins to slow down The Fallen rears his ugly head and his eyes are glowing like supernovas! I gotta say The Fallen's appearence is much more scary than Megatron (Who don't get me wrong, he's scary looking to. Gotta hand it to the designers and ILM. They did a fantastic job with the bots in the movie-verse. I really wanna work as a concept artist for them when I'm older. To like design creatures for them and vehicles, settings etc. What are your opinions on The Fallen? (Disregarding the toy, Too Awesome the toy could never look like that, Though a Leader Class might)
He's a very unique design that I think turned out very well. He looks alien and menacing without being covered in spikes and fragments, which is certainly a plus. His head is my favorite part, looks regal with the crown and decepticon symbol face.
Yeah what's interesting is that his head design has both the mane that a pharaoh has and the Crown/hat/thingy that Nerfititi wore.
He looks like a monsters. I want him just for a giant monster robot figure, if nothing else. I don't care about the movie, or what he does in the movie, or his bio, or nothing. His toy's just interesting looking.
I'm guessing he's ten times scarier than Megatron. If he is, I'm definitely looking forward to getting a jump or two from him. If the producers did say that he's like Lucifer, then who knows where this will lead to. Seems like the Fallen has become my second favourite bad guy in between Armada Starscream and Cybertron Scourge. Sweet!
The Fallen's design is indeed a unique one. I get a sense of ancient primal-ness from it even though he is a technological being. Y'know i had a thought (potential spoilers below): If Optimus is a descendent of the original Primes, wouldn't that make the Fallen like his uncle or something? Gasp!
Uh, traditionally speaking, devils and evil gods are one and the same. So, the person you quoted? He's right. And you just used a synonym for what he said.
I would not change a thing! His design, like many is what will keep this franchise on-top, for years!!
