Heeey guys...first time making a thread...so I need some advice from some of you wise collectors.

I have an opportunity to score a complete and in great quality Animated Dino bots set, for this absolutely mind-blowing price.

However, I also have the opportunity to get all of the animated elite guard mains (Sentinel, Ironhide, Jazz and Blurr) for the same great price.

and even worse, I could also get Lockdown, Swindle, both versions of soundwave, waspinator and oil slick, all for the same price as the other two!

worse still is a voyager animated Optimus, Wreck-gar, ratchet, delux optimus, voyager bulk head and bumblebee, for, you guessed it, the same price!

But I can only get one set.

In your opinions, which set is the most valuable?

    *Edit*

And which do you think is most appealing from a enjoyment stand point?

Most valuable? Tough call. Animated figures have really gone down in price, and these do seem like pretty even lots to me. I'm going to assume the last group with Optimus and Wreck Gar is the most valuable just because it has the most voyagers.

But I think the Decepticon group with Lockdown and Swindle is the most appealing.

Go for the voyager Optimus set. It has 3 voyagers and 3 deluxe. Plus voyager Optimus is one of my fav tfs ever.

Do the math ( thinking all complete ) original price for a voyager is 19.99 and a deluxe is 9.99.

    Lot 1 has 1 voyager and 2 deluxe. A 40 dollar value
Lot 2 has 4 deluxes also a 40 dollar value.
    Lot 3 has 6 deluxes a 60 dollar value.
    Lot 4 has 3 voyagers and 3 deluxes a 90 dollar value.

    I go lot 3 or 4.

The only Animated toys that are valuable are Blackout, Wingblade Prime, Thundercracker and the hard to get exclusives.

otheriwse most of the Animated stuff isn't really worth much of anything. :/

Um, I have them all, I never said I didn't like them.

I simply said they are NOT Valuable in terms of WORTH much money.

I hold zero value on anything i own because for me I'm not in it to make money or be rich. :lol

As Gauge has already said, personal value =/= market value. I personally hold the Ultraverse comics as the most valuable stories to me on the planet, but you'd be lucky to get a nickel for any of the issues. TFA simply hasn't carried the aftermarket value of some other lines, and I think it may have to do with so many collectors dumping their collections after the bandwagon stopped rolling.

Animated Dinobots...some of the best of that line, look great on display and strong coloring for US releases. Swindle is a must have as well.
