So I finally Watched Age Of Extinction and I was trying to connect all 4 movies starting with The Creators, Optimus Prime, The Seed, and The Allspark. So here is my theory:
The Creators built the Allspark I am thinking. The Allspark from what I know brings Transformers to life from various vehicles, but what are the vehicles from Earth made out of? I was thinking maybe when the Creators Terraformed Earth during the Dinosaur's Extinction Scene in Age Of Extinction maybe when human's made Automobiles and other machine they built them from the Transformium. Which explains why The Allspark gives them life because they're made from Transformium. Then I was thinking maybe that's how The Creators built Optimus Prime and maybe other Primes before him, using both The Allspark and The Seed minus the human element.

 

Nah the Autobots knew they were created by some other race due to cyberformed planet.

Optimus said in the TF1 prologue the Allspark has the power to create worlds and fill them with life.

12,000 years of the Allspark being on Earth it did not cyberform it.

The Creators merely harvested organic worlds for Transformium. To build their slave race. At one point they encounter the Allspark which gives their creations souls through Energon. This led to a revolt thus calling them, particulary the Knights as rebels.

It's like G1 the Quintessons created Cybertronians but it was Vector Sigma that gave them life.
