Strange Academy could absolutely work without Doctor Strange. The comic it's based off of, Strange was dead for 3/4s of it. I'm willing to wait until we have a bit more than just a rumor before passing judgement.

Depends on if he wants to do it or not, also it's likely he'd cost a lot more in the new contract, which considering Disney is hurting for money may be an issue. They can't lowball him the same way they did on the first contract anymore.

 

Wow. Never in a million years would I have expected someone to say this. Disney has been speedrunning phase 4 HARD and it just so happens that 99% of phase 4 was absolute garbage (NWH is the only piece of phase 4 content where a rational person can say it was good without adding “but” immediately afterwards).

Your post makes it really hard to believe that you want genuinely good stories to be told. Please, let go of old MCU and wake up to modern MCU, which produces nothing but garbage, overworks it’s employees, and sucks any creativity their writers and directors have out of them so EVERY modern piece of content from the MCU can be just like the last; CGI filled, propaganda driven trash that can’t go ten seconds without making one of the worst jokes you’ve ever heard.

But anyway, this should teach Marvel not to overuse CGI. Apparently in Dr Strange 2 they used CGI duplicates of the actors, Benedict and Olsen and the Illuminati, and no one knew the difference, and it was easier than reshoots.
