What would you guys say to Spider-Man's new villain, the centipede demon Kindred, appearing in the MCU?








Even without the revelation to his character (which needs some explanation currently), he does sound like someone formidable that Spidey would need Dr Strange to help him with.

 

it's too new. we know really nothing about kindred other than who he is and that he's gross.

at least wait till he has some miles on him before considering him for the MCU. the end of his debut run could be a complete bust.

but i'll say this...he's better than jj abrams and his kid making cadaverific or whatever that shit character's stupid name is.

i've been thinking about this...they kinda NEED black panther right now. you have no cap and no iron man. you need someone to rally the next team of avengers. you need a leader. they have zero characters to fill that role. they need t'challa.

they can mourn but the they need the character...and no...they don't need someone like shuri to just fill the role. i've heard rumors they'll deep fake it. i don't know how i feel about that but i do feel the role should be recast. john david washington is a big name up and comer who i think can fill this role pretty well and fill it respectively. i just feel with all this character brought and how different, and in some cases worse, the MCU is left after endgame we need t'challa panther

 

You know, I say we pressure Marvel into doing a Disney+ updated version of Age of Ultron. If WB can do it to Justice League, there's no reason Disney can't with AoU. Bring everyone back, shoot new scenes, add in new plots to make it flow better, and make it a 6 part series.

 

More like include all the stuff that was cut, not reshoot the movie.

 

I haven't paid attention to any of that - what was all the stuff supposedly cut?

 

Well for one, you can look at the first two trailers and see a lot of stuff that wasn’t in the final movie.

One big thing was Ultron building his primary body, where he was supposed to have this whole breakdown or something. And not to mention the handfuls of deleted scenes that have made their way online in recent years, like the very start of Hulk’s rampage, which showed his transformation and him charging through a small village before making it to Johannesburg, Vision’s extended fight against the Avengers, and more stuff that was probably cut to quicken the pacing.

A lot of stuff.

 

Ya some other ones was a scene where after he builds himself he sees the footage of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver and we see is actual interest and how he learned of them. Instead of just popping up in their hometown asking for them.

The other one I liked was a scene where we actually see how Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver interact with their town. Quicksilver is coming back from supply runs and SW is handing out stuff for the less fortunate. The kid he rescues in the end is the little brother of a woman he likes. The same kid also later says that "the iron man" is asking for them. Thinking its Stark they go there to deal with him.


Sure those are really just contextual scenes that slow down events of the film, but they added to the characters I feel.
