See, and I think that's exactly what a series - limited or not - about his life with Peggy would do. For me, this is one of those things where I don't think anyone needs ALL the gaps filled in and even more backstory forced to be told. I like that we know he finally managed to get his happy ending and second chance to have a life with her - but I don't need to also SEE it. Know what I mean? I personally miss the days of some things just being left the hell alone and/or a mystery vs. this new increasingly terrible trend from Hollywood of absolutely everyone & everything getting an origin, prequel, time gap fill-in, etc etc etc. for things that were much better NOT known 99% of the time. That, and on this particular topic, I feel like I've seen everything I need to when it comes to Steve & Peggy collectively as well as independently.
