Hi everyone! I,m new to this, so i'm going to get the ball rolling with a question thats probably already been asked, though i'm hoping not because i,ve yet to find a definitive answer.

Who's next?

We,ve all heard that G1 Jazz, Grapple, Scourge, Thunderwing, Perceptor and Windcharger are all on the way, and these have been confirmed. Thank you Hasbro!!!!!!!!!!!

I,ve heard some rumours that I hope to be true, but these are just rumours, so anyone with a definate answer, or at least a solid lead to my question above, would be most welcome in the Quint Court.  

(FYI, rumours i,ve heard are for Skullgrin, Kup and Wheeljack. Dear god let them bring out Wheeljack!!!!!!)

 

Skullgrin is already confirmed, and Kup was heavily hinted at Botcon. Wheeljack is still wishful thinking at this point in time.

 

Wheeljack would be #1 on my want list. Second would be an Irondhide and Ratchet that actually turn into vans, but since that's not happening, I guess my next choice would be Blitzwing, then Trailbreaker (with obligatory Hoist re-paint)

 

One of the takara reps also hinted at a new Shockwave, my personal theory is he was referring to the (inevitable) Movie figure, but is was during a G1/Classics bit of discussion...

 

I don't see why the couldn't do wheeljack....I mean if its true, tf3 benz is indeed wheeljack, hasbro could make a ton of $ doing a 2 pk special with movie wheeljack and generations wheeljack... and we will all be happy....right?

 

Kup would be great, they tend to keep going for random stuff, maybe we will get a Xaaron or something...

 

I don't think it's random stuff, I think they like to introduce two "big name" guys per assortment (Jazz and Tracks), which enables them to sel guys like Skullgrin and Thunderwing. If they did a whole assortment of well-known guys, then most older fans who only want the characters on the show would lose interest, so if that's the case, I'm willing to wait for Kup, Wheeljack, etc. Mattell is doing a similar strategy with their MOTU classics, which is why they can release guys like Carnivus, or for gods' sake, Bow.

 

Give us Devcon, Impactor, Xaaron!!! Finally see what Xaaron was suppoed to transform into when he was fighting Flame, the mad Autobot scientist. Come to think about it, give us Flame too, would be nice to have an Autobot nutter that isnt a Wrecker.  

 

Skullgrin? Was he confirmed to be a new mold or a retool/repaint of another?

Other then that it is confirmed that Reflector will be made out of Generations Perceptor.

I've herd rumours of Kup, Reflector and Trailbreaker.

 

Kup and Reflector are more than rumors at this point.

Kup (and/or Arcee) was teased in a recent Hasbro interview in the TCC magazine, and Bill Rawley pulled a "*cough*Kup*cough*" at BotCon.

Reflector was specifically mentioned at BotCon as the planned second use of the Generations Perceptor mold (with new head).

Trailbreaker was said to be a character they "haven't forgotten", but nothing more specific. This was, IIRC, in response to a very shrewd member of the fandom noting that the second head shown for the Perceptor mold had a good resemblance to Trailbreaker.

 

I'm guessing Hasbro is going to give more of the Beast Warriors some love in Generations a bit later along the line.

 

Yeah, goes in phases, that will probably come later on.

 

some damn decent constructicons seeing how the pcc stuff seems to be catching on those joint setups woud be perfect for a new devastator (although i would like some deluxe size figs)

Anyways, I so want a Wheeljack. If Hasbro releases Wheeljack, I will forgive them for Backstop.

 

I kinda really want a deluxe sized tripple changer blitzwing. also want a deluxe sized tripple changer springer.

I'd love 5 deluxe sized generations 1986 predacons that combine to form Predaking.

 

Thundercracker (on Hasbro's list of Seekers to release during Generations), Sunstorm, Wheeljack, Trailbreaker are the few pre Movie characters left. I think they should maybe do Scrounge and comic colored Straxus for maybe comic packs (like they do for Star Wars, Marvel Universe, )

I agree with a deluxe Blitzwing, then we'd have all the Decepticon triple changers at least.  

I'd like to see, though it will never happen, an originaly created five pack of combiners (no more R.I.D or Energon Or Cybertron repaints) like the Terrorcons or the Technobots. They were great groups, and they've had nothing done since the late 80's.
