I've got both full series on DVD and keep meaning to go back and rewatch everything. I remember watching Buffy all the way through the BBC2 run. I also remember how Channel 4 (I think it was them) fucked Angel over by editing the hell out of it and throwing it all around the schedules.
Too bad about the spoiler, but that musical ep had a lot of character. Who didn't love Anya's "Anti-Bunny" rock number? I would love to dress up as a "Gentleman" for Halloween. Does any company make that mask?
I also loved the song with Spike and Buffy. The songs were really good and I had to laugh every now and then At first I was like "wtf?" but I really liked the episode and the demon was cool. Some of his moves reminded me a bit of Michael Jackson.
The episode with The Gentlemen, "Hush" was during season 4 Joss has repeatedly said that the Cheese-Man was a silly, nonsensical element that meant absolutely nothing. And right after saying that, Joss immediately wore the cheese, the cheese did not wear him Also, 666th post! Awesome *lol*
I still watch the two series on Amazon, great memories. Though I really wished a Spike series could of happened following Angel. But I do have to say that I liked the Angel series a bit more, had a bit more interesting characters to me.
Finished Buffy last week. I realized that I had seen the last episode before, when it was aired on TV, but I did not realize that the show was over. Man I really watched the show seldom. Strange that I had in mind that I loved the show and watched it often, when actually I possibly had seen only 10 episodes of the show Next up is Angel. But now here is the thing. I think the Buffy comic covers spoilered me here as well Because obviously Spike died in Buffy, but I have seen him clearly on some of the covers that were in the store where I usually buy my comics. And I recently read on Wikipedia that these comics are actually canon for season 8 and 9.
Yeah, you should watch Buffy and Angel together when the seasons aired for the crossovers. Spike coming back makes more sense that way.

What a great show. I genuinely thought it was going to be garbage and wasn't sure Angel deserved his own show, but it turned to be really good.
That cover is so dishonest. The wording makes it sound like there's some revival of the show coming, or maybe at least a reunion episode or something. "The beloved vampire drama rises from the dead." Shame on you, Entertainment Weekly.
It's absolutely mind blowing that this show ended 15 years ago already. It seems like yesterday! One of my all time favorites. Both Buffy and Angel were terrific shows and I have such fond memories watching them with my mom and friends every week.

Same, never watched it at first. Even thought at first the theme was boring. But years later I fell in love and also the theme. It's still in heavy rotation and I would love to read all the comics. But I forgot where I left off and there are so many books now, I don't have time to read so much
I got a free 3 month subscription to Entertainment and got this issue in the mail. Hard to believe it's been 20 years.
Charisma Carpenter is still a babe. And The others have kept themselves well heeled too, which is nice.
I saw that on social media. Man, Charisma Carpenter and Amy Acker still look absolutely fantastic. Also, Angel had one of the best opening theme songs that a show has ever had.
