...Wait, what the hell? I just took a look at the Toys R Us ad that came in the paper. It says that all of the Doorbusters start at MIDNIGHT Thursday or Friday at 5 am, even though the leaked ad said otherwise. I even checked the store hours at 11/25 - 11/26 Store Opening Hours List - Toys "R" Us and all but one store in Connecticut is opening at 10 pm (not counting Express stores).

If they changed when these deals start, then they'd better be online, because I can't get to the store at midnight when I need a ride to work at 3 am.

Well... I was kind of hoping to also try and take advantage of the Buy 1 Get 2 GI Joe sale. Also, if what I've just discovered is true, I might have to take you up on that offer eventually. I send a message when I get this all figured out.

Wow, those are some good deals at HTS. Lugnut and Blackarachnia are two of the few Animated TFs missing from my collection and now I can get both for $9.

 

Wonder if it varies by region because I just got the ad in the paper (Central FL) and it says 10PM Thursday for the start.

RotF Desert Ratchet, OTOH... I'm a huge Ratchet fan, and $5 still isn't low enough to make me bite. (Of course, if the HftD version got anywhere near that low, I'd be all over it.)

 

After hearing that none of the Massachusetts TRUs are opening tonight, I'm wondering if the wrong ad was somehow distributed. Because Maine and Rhode Island's TRUs open at midnight at the earliest, while the stores in New Hampshire and Vermont open tonight.

Perhaps this has already been posted but Kohls is selling Gen/Yellow Box deluxes for 9 dollars from 3am to 1pm tomorrow.

The ad I got came with a $10 off Coupon for a $20+ purchase, so roughly, 20 dollars for 3 deluxes, quite a deal if you can find the RTS Stuff.

I was so close to getting that just because it's so cheap. Ended up skipping and just getting BB, BA, and activator Bulkhead. I wish they'd had a bigger selection of stuff though, I would've bought more.

 

I took advantage of the dollar deals on hts and picked up a bunch of stuff for toys for tots.

 

Figures. I'm watching the site for days for Terradive to get back in stock so I can place an order for a few figures I can't find at retail, and as soon as he does, turns out the 20% off coupon has expired. Meh. Not worth it anymore.
