Call customer service, probably. I'll PM you the number; it's not one they generally openly publish, as they prefer email support, but that's not much help for stuff like this.

 

Or you can just buy other itmes with the gift cards and then cancel them to get store credit

You're not alone. My two have been in their warehouse since early Wednesday morning and still hasn't shipped.

Yup, had my POL in the warehouse since Thursday morning. Now it's a race with the KO Bape I ordered yesterday from TF-direct and received a tracking number for this morning. In all fairness my bbts order has 15 items in it vs 1, but it's been 5 days now. Throw on an overtime shift already. Unless they have, in which case I'll just shut up.

 

Another day passes, and still no Brawny.

 

I don't feel as bad now having read some of these recent posts. My 4 piece POL has been in warehouse all day. That's not too bad, but the last 3 shipments have done the same thing then I get a ship notice by 0800 or 0900 the next day. It's frustrating knowing just a few more minutes the day before would've meant receiving the stuff a whole day earlier.

 

You guys should've bought it from Toy Arena. They got Magnus in early

I'm not trying to be mean, but do you take the time to see how it sounds to us before you post something like this? I've just noticed lately that you go out of your way to post stuff like this, stuff that will knowingly get people riled up and respond in kind.

My Black Knight Strafe and QT Swipe and QT Prowl arrived today. I really like the BK Dinobots, and plan on getting BK Slug in 2 weeks. AS for the QTs, I new they were small but wow   That's not to say that they're not adorable, because they are.
