Didn't BBTS come out recently and say this rumor isn't true? I've canceled plenty of orders and still got my Metalhawk/Twincast order moving.

 

I cancel probably about half of my pre-orders with BBTS and I got the notifications for Twincast and Metalhawk.

Preordered Twincast yesterday and never got a processing email, but he just dropped in my PoL as well! I cancel maybe a third of my BBTS preorders, if anyone's curious.

 

My Metalhawk preorder dropped and I cancel stuff constantly, I also cancel and reorder items to reset my shipping timer and order stuff I don’t want only to cancel it a week later so I can have store credit. I really think the blacklist is bogus because I would be on it if it was real.

 

Dang it I just realized they charged the wrong card. I added my credit card yesterday and they charged my debit card. I guess it's too late now.

Items from BBTS ship out after they arrive at BBTS and are received, processed, and graded, and not before. And nobody here knows when that will be. It's not uncommon for items to slip 6-8 months past their expected date due to various international shipping problems. The expected month on the preorder will just keep increasing by 1 each month that it doesn't arrive beyond its original expected date, and there's nothing to be learned by contacting them to ask about it or anything, unfortunately.

You can reverse any purchase at BBTS for a refund within 7 days if the item is still in your pile of loot. If it was a "ship it now" thing, you may be unable to do that, though. But you can try--if they aren't too far along processing your shipment you can sometimes email customer support to get them to move the items back to your pile of loot or issue a refund.

The blacklist only comes into play when they receive a partial shipment that isn't enough to fill all their preorders. In that case, the people on the naughty list would have their order fulfilled later than others. But they have also told me that it's really hard to get on the naughty list. Based on your post, I would think you'd qualify to get on it, but it's also my understanding that they maintain this list manually, so maybe you only get on it if you really annoy them. And maybe what you're doing does not annoy them.

 

I called yesterday and they couldn't change it unless I canceled the order and reordered it which I couldn't do because then I would have been reordering pre-orders and lost the figures. It's not a big deal. I just wanted some points on my credit card.

BBTS rocks. The Star Wars figures look as amazing as the Transformers we’ve been getting. Hope the trend continues.

 

I jumped on ordering Twincast and Metalhawk when I heard they were already processing, and Twincast has now shipped (didn’t put them in PoL). Hopefully I hear something on Metalhawk sooner than later.

 

Good luck. Honestly I was debating this. If Twincast moved for you I might take a chance and get Metlahawk. Twincast I can wait on.
