No that's only been an issue with The Chosen Prime, to my knowledge.

 

I ordered mine at 1330 yesterday afternoon.

 

BBTS has sent out e-mails where they anticipated an arrival, but there was a problem with something coming in. At most they could be two to three weeks out.

 

I ordered mine yesterday after the stream, and got both emails today.

 

Nice! I re-ordered both ~two hours ago and just hoping for the best at this point. I need a win!

I can’t believe I was dumb enough to not just let my preorder-preorder sit, lol.  

 

I wonder if Metalhawk is packed fewer in the case than Twincast. Given that I ordered both in the same order and got the Twincast but not the Metalhawk email, that's all I can think of.

Maybe BBTS just got solid cases, but just less Metalhawk cases?

I'd assume that Metalhawk is in higher demand than the Blaster repaint.

Yeah, that's probably it. I got my order in really early, but it's entirely possible more Metalhawks had been pre-ordered than Blasters by that point.

Or I'm just way overthinking all this and my Metalhawk email will come later today or tomorrow. I should probably go take a break and read a book or something.

 

Placed my order on 1/26 @ approximately 2:30pm PST, and received emails for both Metalhawk and Twincast today.

And it blows me away that Metalhawk would sell faster than Twincast. Metalhawk looks a little goofy to me, whereas Twincast is a mold already known to be awesome.

 

Metal hawk seems tobe more sought after than Blue blaster.

 

It’s a repaint vs an almost completely new mold. Plus space jet is cooler than boombox from a general sense

 

I know it makes some people feel old too, but we're to the point now where kids today don't even know what a boom box is <_< A lot of people in this day and age don't even own a radio or CD player beings people just use their phones or tablets to steam music now.

 

Speak for yourself! CD playing Boom box on my nightstand. I'd have a full stereo if I could, but space is an issue. My father still maintains a stereo with speakers a 100 CD carousel, tape deck and turntable.

I'll admit I did still have a bulky radio/cd player on my nightstand for years till about a year ago, I just turned 34 this last Nov. When I changed my nightstands to something a bit smaller it was too big to fit on those so now its just in my closet beings it hadn't really been used to play music for several years and was more of just a paper weight. I decided to keep it though because I do own a lot of CDs and burned a crap ton growing up that if I were to get rid of it I'd have no way to play them in the future.

 

Actually, I still buy CD's, and get stuff on Vinyl with the hope that I can get a proper stereo eventually. That is a lot of my collecting, hoping to eventually have the room for it. I still have to box up some BBTS orders for storage.
