Well some people did get Tarn dropped into their POL from what I read, but likely they didn't get enough stock in their shipment to fill everyone's preorders. That's been happening a lot the last couple of years.

 

Damnit. Also SS86 Blue Rumble... At least the DNA Menasor kit still says Jan... for now... Not holding my breath it ships in the next couple days.

 

So is that a dead end then, or will they eventual fulfill the preorders? Ive never had issues with a preorder from them, so I've not paid attention to any issues like this.

 

If something changes and they can no longer fulfill a preorder they will notify you. It has never happened to me. A few items have arrived 8-12 months late but they arrived. BBTS seems to take pride in fulfilling their orders--they don't over-sell preorders the way many retailers do. And I suspect that when they run short of stock to fulfill the orders they've sold, they may in fact be importing more stock to fulfill their obligations, even if doing so cut heavily into their profits.

 

This. BBTS is reliable in that they will fulfill their preorder obligations. The rare cases I've heard about them not being able to do so is typically out of their control and they notify anyone with open preorders of the situation very quickly. You may get your preorder very very late in some instances depending on various global shipping issues that are still ongoing but you will eventually get it.

 

I've had... one preorder be canceled on me from BBTS, and that was a 1/6 scale Honey West. The company making her decided not to make it, so BBTS couldn't sell her, natch.   But yeah, they've always come through for me.

He will eventually show up too. The average collector Geeks and freaks about getting their new toy. 10 minutes after it arrives they geek and freak about the next preorder.
I like waiting for the last batch… statistically speaking they have less QC issues than being first to get something. I’ll wait for tarn. I want him perfect.

 

Also You can get it at sales at lower price and as well watch from 's experience if there are issues like yellowing or breakage so You can decide to skip or not

That set is awesome for the Jazz accessories. The Kup goo and Hot Rod parts are not as compelling for me, and I got Starscream\BBM Seeker upgrade parts from someone else already. I think I would also need to get that set on sale to pick it up.
