Shipped my PoL since I was waiting for Firmament. It said "May not arrive before Christmas", but it won't be a problem if it doesn't.

I pre-ordered an item about a month ago.

I sent it to my pile of loot, other board members claim it has hit theirs.

I'm just wondering because I pre-ordered later if it's going to be hitting my pile of loot soon?

Any helpful feedback would be greatly appreciated.

 

Preorders are (in general; some people have claimed otherwise) fulfilled in the order which they're received. If they don't have enough inventory to fulfill all preorders and they haven't gotten to you yet, then you're not going to be seeing it in this wave. They will tell you when your preorder is in.

Thanks for getting in touch! I can confirm that we recently received a partial shipment of our order with Super7 of Donnie, but it was unfortunately not enough to fulfill all Pre-orders. Most manufacturers have been forced to send out these smaller, partial shipments representing what they have, when they have it. We'll continue to receive follow-up shipments and will fulfill Pre-orders as they arrive. I unfortunately couldn't tell you at this time when the next shipment would arrive, I do apologize. It's finally here. This is the longest I have ever waited for any order to be delivered in my life.

Got a ship notice. No estimate yet as FedEx hasn't picked it up.

Edit: Both now say "Shipment information sent to FedEx". One has a delivery estimate. BBTS says tomorrow and and FedEx says Saturday. I used $4 shipping.

 

I have nothing against BBTS.

They are simply doing what they can (given numerous variables).

Probably doesn't help that I hesitate to pre-order anything to begin with.

Is there no option or can you cancel and it doesn't stick? There's been times when you've had to cancel twice for it to stick.

 

there was no option, but now it seems to be fixed. Maybe it is just holiday stress on the site
