    I suspect the assembly error is the reason they got an early batch. Hasbro probably caught the error early on in production but those that were already assembled were shipped out. BBTS probably got all the misassembled ones in but wanted to sell them anyways.

    You are better off going in stores for a fixed shoulder.

    I doubt BBTS even realized there's an issue with the shoulders. Clearly, the figure sold out anyway. I sincerely doubt Hasbro sent them an advance shipment of figures, months in advance of the streetdate because they were botched at the factory level. That's icky and awful. Hasbro's not that slick, they just made 'em and want 'em sold. BBTS was just unfortunate to receive a full shipment of incorrect shoulder assemblies, as was Target, but Target orders more so they received a selection of incorrect and correct assemblies. I'd say here on out we'll see more corrected figures.

    Awesome! I preordered just now, so let's see what happens when he comes in...

    They sent out a wave of e-mails about it processing, so hopefully soon. I've been waiting for Chatter myself.

    Now if only Firmament would show up, I'd be a happy boy.

    Not TF related, but I was ecstatic to learn that they will FINALLY be getting in the Toony Terrors Grady Twins! NECA had them shipping out on March 1st, so 3 months for NECA products. Hoping they will be in on Friday.

    I made my order the day people got the notification saying he was shipping early and mine dropped in my POL and shipped today!

    Yeah, one or two others mentioned that same thing happening to them. I am not sure what exactly is going on there. People many pages ago in this thread said you can get de-prioritized for order fulfillment by BBTS if you do certain things (cancelling preorders, refunding things, etc.) but I have also read that BBTS claims this is not true. I can't explain what you're seeing. I have a couple (poor) ideas you can try, though.
    1) Did you miss an email due to spam filter or something of that kind?
    2) Did you make the order on a different account, or with a different email address than you're used to?
    3) Have you reached out to BBTS customer support about the issue?

    For research purposes, do you meet the criteria of "cancelling a lot of preorders" or anything like that? Have you ever had an "unfriendly" exchange with BBTS customer support? We can't assume that BBTS will tell you the real reason why this is happening, and we can't assume that you're going to tell us every detail. But the more transparent you are, the more we will all learn regarding these mysterious outcomes you are seeing.

    I'm one of them. I pre-ordered the day it went live and I have yet to receive anything about galvatron.

    Yeah I cancel anything if I find it at retail before BBTS gets it in. Which over the last year has been a lot. I’ve emailed them about it so we’ll see what they say, I’m not expecting any real revelations mostly just hoping to get bumped back up in priority.

    They basically told me that once I get the item I can contact them for a replacement when is widely available if it's wrongly assembled... I will cross my fingers and pray to be the correct shoulders lol.

    I was on the same boat, I cancelled a lot of stuff all the time, I tried making a new account with a different email address, I don't know if that worked but hey I'm waiting for Galvatron to ship :)
