It's not even typical for me to get a next day ship notification if I ship my POL before noon. My POL is usually huge and usually takes 3-5 days to ship once I trigger it. When my Jetfire preorder came in, it was about 10 days before they shipped my POL, and I never got an explanation for the delay. I think they discovered problems with some of their Jetfire shipment and could not fulfill mine at first. That would make sense, since I got one of the last quantity before the preorder started showing as out of stock.

I wonder if they actually pick and stage pile of loot items when you buy them, or if they wait until you trigger it to be shipped. I guess the latter makes more sense, since we are a capricious and wishy washy group! "Sorry Fred, go put @Dachande 's MLP figures back on the shelf, he changed his mind... Again."

Sounds like you have been de-prioritized for some reason. I ordered mine on 5/27/2021 and it's arriving soon. People in this thread talk about a punishment you can get where your orders always fulfill last, and that it's caused by cancelling a lot of orders, especially if you cancel them when they arrive rather than much sooner.

 

I'm waiting for G2 Ramjet and Sandstorm to hit my pile of loot before I hit ship. I still have 45 days left so hopefully at least one of them hit.

 

Kingdom Ultra Magnus finally dropped for me, and with that I have nothing else on preorder due to come out until Selects G2 Ramjet, so a-shippin' my POL shall go.

 

im also waiting for selects sandstorm. was supposed to be in last month. hopefully theyll get it soon. i passed the first time around, but after seeing it in-hand, had to have it! looking forward to that one.

 

Didn’t their CS claim they don’t do that?
I guess I’ll stop depending on them and use them as a backup/last resort.
Dorkside has Transformers and Marvel Legends, and they’re implementing a pile of loot service.

 

Add me to the list of people who preordered Kingdom Galvatron from BBTS as soon as other people started receiving theirs and have now gotten an email that it's incoming.

 

I'm also on the boat for waiting on G2 Sandstorm. EE and Pulse have estimates of July for him, so I'm not expecting BBTS to get theirs within that 45 days. Sad they missed May, but ah well.

 

Now I’m imagining an alternate version of Five Faces of Darkness where Thrull had pools of melted cheese instead of lava.

 

If the past 50 years has taught us anything, it's that big companies always tell the truth, especially when it's disadvantageous to their image.

Have you checked your spam filter for an email, or anything like that? Do you fit the profile that other posters have been talking about (high tendency to cancel orders, etc.) This may help the rest of us understand things better.

 

I have canceled a lot in the past, but I’ve been buying from them from years, and have spent thousands on their site. I also have a large pile of loot waiting on Galvatron, among other things. So I’m going to send an email to see what they say.

 

In my experience, this is the best course of action, and they take very good care of me. Remember to be polite and understanding, it usually works in your favor!
