By some manner of mysteries heretofore unknown among us mere mortals, I took the $4 shipping option for my Phoenix and some various deluxes and it essentially amounted to overnight from them to me. Not even a hiccup in the usual vortex of doom that is the first shipping hub it hits up there.

What black magic is this? Are we headed back to reality on shipping times or is this just one of those times the universe is trying to pay me back in some small way for the rest of my week being absolute hell?

At any rate, I jumped on that Slug/Slag preorder so fast it made my wallet break out in sweats.

 

The world is slowly waking back up and so fewer people will be having household goods shipped to their front door. That stuff made a huge difference this past year, I bet.

I had an unusual experience this week. My package hit OSSEO and... stayed there until they updated the tracking to tell me they'd moved it to TUCSON. It actually shows up as "Out For Delivery" today. I'm used to just randomly being like "Oh, there's a huge box on my porch"

 

Is anyone else having an issue with refunds on BBTS not showing a refund to the source on their site if it is within the seven day time frame?

My Kingdom cyclonus and SS86 scourge have been on pre-order for months, any word for when they'll be in stock?

 

That is so strange, I ordered Cyclonus with Primal I've had them in hand since March. I did have Scourge on preorder with Hot Rod but when I got Hot Rod from Pulse I put in a preorder on Scourge himself and he's been in my POL since April 9th. I'm waiting for Raconite to come in before I ship everything.

BBTS never lets me down... it may be months after all my friends already have one but eventually they deliver.
I did get my Jazz a month before Walmart. I’m still stoked I’ve never found him at retail.

Waiting on Scourge and Hotrod here, I imagine they're gonna get pushed into June at this point, I doubt they're getting in this week.

Unless I ship my Grimlock and Jazz in which case they'll magically appear the day after.

My Walmart just got more Hotrods and scourge. I didn’t buy any I ordered collectors grade for display in Box.
I’m not in a hurry for Hotrod but Magnus not dropping is making me a bit twitchy

 

Just had Airazor and Cylconus ship a day after hitting the button. That's the quickest it's taken in ages. Hopefully the shipping time is quick too (usually takes 2-4 days for my BBTS stuff to arrive with Flat Rate)

 

Oh well, was in a toy store at the weekend and they had some Hot Rod's and one Scourge so I said to hell with it, a Scourge in the hand is worth more than one on what seems like a never ending pre-order. So I picked them both up then and there and cancelled my pre-order with BBTS.

I'd have been happy to wait if it was just Hit Rod but I didn't want to miss out on Scourge and he does not seem to be as widely available as the other SS86 characters for some reason.

Temptation proved too strong for me as I ended up impulse buying Earthrise Astrotrain at the same time, less because I wanted the figure but more to add to my Decepticons who are well outnumbered by Autobots in my WFC/SS86 collection.

Hope BBTS don't feel too bad as I preordered Slag and Artfire instead with them instead!

Well, I'm stunned... They actually got something to me in a fast manner and it didn't get sucked into the vortex known as Osseo, MN.

I received an email that my POL was coming due, so I figured I'd just go ahead and ship it, but I decided at the last minute to throw an extra item on it beforehand. That was Thursday. They shipped Friday. (I know, can you believe it?!) Saturday morning I received two emails from FedEx saying it would be here Sunday, then Monday (understandable)...and then Sunday morning I receive a text message that it's out for delivery... And sure enough, right there on my doorstep. No updates since Osseo, though. Not until the day of delivery. (Odd, but it worked out.)

I'm just stunned. Cannot believe they actually got it here in such a short window of time. I'm not used to this BBTS, currently, plus all the horror stories of Osseo... I'm just really impressed right now. Shame they can't get anything I want in stock. lol

They do. I will give them that much. They'll either replace the part or the entire figure.

 

My 2 item POL shipped in 1 day (ordered Monday, shipped Tuesday), and BBTS currently says they'll be here today (though it doesn't say out for delivery, and the tracking website said tomorrow before the tracking number stopped working).


Generally, even with Flat Rate, BBTS always ships super fast to me, but it usually takes a lot longer to process my shipments than it did this time.
