Black Lab - Transformers (cover of the 1986 Transformers the Movie theme)...and also available as an instrumental...

Battle Without Honor or Humanity by Tomoyasu Hotei (its on one of the Kill Bill Soundtracks...and used in the scene where Bumblebee first appears as the '09 Camaro)

Transformers the Game Soundtrack (supposedly scored by Steve Jablonsky, the same guy that scored the movie)

X-Ray Dog - Timeline (used in one or more of the trailers)

Also, there was a couple of songs available on the Sector 7 website...they are on my hard drive here, but I don't have the artist name, or title of the tracks...

    Lion's '86 movie theme.

Offhand...Linkin Park and Slipknot come to mind since I've seen Joe Hahn have Insignia stickers on his table rig, and Sid has the insignias tattoo'd on the backs of his hands.

"The Magnificent DJ Jazzy Jeff" by the Fresh Prince, wherein it is described that lightning converted the aforementioned DJ into a cybertronian.

Also, if you want to stretch it a bit, "Hey hey, my my" by Neil Young, where he states that "Rust Never Sleeps" (Hot Spot's Motto), and that there is "More to the picture than meets the eye".

Linkin Park's "What I've Done." Every time I hear that song, I flash back to watching '07 TF Movie in theatres.

Don't know much about other songs that could fit in nicely with TFs.

    DJ Attacks' Matrix

Samples Unicrons voice throughout the song. Has a 90's get-pumped-up stadium sound to it. I've been looking for the 12" for over a decade.

Then there's that one song that goes "Calling all cops and Autobots..." name of group escapes me.
