I thought that The Batman was a really good show (though I wish it had a better title- putting "The" in front doesn't always work as a distinction ). Strange, Clayface, and Firefly (pre-Phosphorus) were my favorite villains, though the others were great too for the most part. I mean come on, the series pitted Batman against freakin' Dracula! I'm still amazed at what they were able to get away with in that movie, considering when it was made (the end of the blood bank scene still kinda makes me queasy ).
