    I thought that when I seen this as well, but I doubt it's an intentional reference. More then likely it's a coincidence that the scenes are similar.

    You mean the line of cars going "kaboom" that starts around the 26 second mark? I highly doubt that it's intended as an homage.

    The mechanical sound at the start is so bay verse even many non tf fans have picked it up on the net! I think the trailer is highly reminiscent of tf before it cut to shield headquarter/Sam Jackson
