If you ordered them different times, with my experience even as a prime member, they will come separately. And probably from different warehouse locations.

I've placed orders before and then back and added a few things as I saw we needed them or something went on sale that i missed. If everything is in the same warehouse, they'll combine orders. I once had 4 orders all shipped in one box. It all depends on whether or not things are all in one warehouse.

Also remember that toys seemingly from the same wave of toys don't often ship at once or from the same warehouse. Hasbro sell the stands case assortment mixes, but they sell cases of a single character to places like Amazon that buy in massive bulk. That's why they'll have Arcee available for week and not have, say, Allicon. They got cases of one and not the other yet. Even if you order two of something, they might ship one from your closest warehouse, but if that's their last one, they will ship another from another location.

 

consider yourself lucky then...I have never ordered something, then went back and ordered another item of the same order or added something to it and had them combine the orders into 1 shipment. And I have done it quite a bit. But since I am a prime member I don't care since I get it free shipping anyways. I've done it multiple times to try and get my toys shipped in a box. They still get shipped separate in bubble mailers unless I ordered 2 in the initial order. So guess it depends on your location. I was lucky and had my coneheads not ship in their original box with just a label on it when many did. But recently ordered marvel legends shang chi, then went back and added the shout factory friday the 13th box set, and gi joe Roadblock...all three shipped seperate all 3 from different locations.

 

It is not possible to add additional items to an Amazon order. You can cancell the original order and order the same items plus new items, creating a complete new order.

In some cases several orders are grouped but client has no guarantee that this is going to happen.

 

That just happened to me, I had two separate orders, not toys, grouped together.

 

Well 2020 has presented a new problem with amazon. My trail breaker was delayed after being shipped with amazon logistics. After no updates the order got switched over to a ups tracking number that no one from Amazon can see. Amazon logistics says a driver scanned it as delivered but the last update before it was delayed is that it departed the other side of the country. Currently on hold with an amazon supervisor who says this is the first time anything like this has ever happened as they can’t locate it past the delay and have no idea where it’s at or why it’s switched over to a ups tracking number. During one of my many transfers it was implied I was lying about it. After offering to provide a screenshot for 20 minutes, the supervisor was able to see what I’m seeing. Right now I’m still being told well it might still be there tomorrow even though I’m being told this is the first time this has even happened over and over. Sigh now I’m worried over my series x preorder.

Update:they refunded me and provided a promo credit. They still don’t know if it’ll actually show up. So basically it’s blind faith at this point haha.

 

I got out of the hospital today too find my package was stolen  Had er megs, arcee, and airwave in it and I hope I can get them replaced
