so this is totally weird. I went to cancel all my MPG pre-orders and I see the cancel item button on MPG 3 and 5 but not on 4. So I emailed support and they said the cancellation window for 4 has closed. But then why is it open for 3, which was ordered much earlier???

 

Still waiting for Tarn Amazon....

 

Yeah, I'm going to have both wave 2 voyagers from BBTS before I get Tarn from Amazon.

 

Tanforan was my old hangout back in the day. and I worked at the old Sears for 15 years. I moved out of the area last year. Isn't the whole mall closing next year to be replaced with a biotech campus? Anywhoo, I never had much luck finding figures at Tanforan (or Serramonte). Had much better luck finding figures at the Colma Target.

So for the first time ever I didn't cancel something fast enough (it shipped a week early), and I'm going to end up returning it once it arrives.

How long does it take to get a refund once something gets shipped back?

Any time I return something it's always different. Sometimes it's a week and sometimes it's when you hand it off to the shipper. I usually drop things off at UPS and soon after they scan it I get an email saying my refund is being processed.

I'm not planning on even opening the package, will they be able to send it back that way or will I need something to go with it?

 

I always just take it to Kohl's if you have one nearby. As soon as it's in their hands it's considered returned and the refund starts to process.

Also check to see if it's being delivered by Amazon. Sometimes you can still cancel orders after they've shipped but before they've delivered when they're handling it

This. I always drop my returns off at Kohl's and once you hand it off to them and they scan it's considered returned and I've got my refund on my card within 24 hours typically.

 

FYI Amazon has gotten picky over what you can return to Kohl's. 9 times out of 10 they won't let me return the item to Kohl's and I then have to deal with UPS.

 

It all just depends. I’ve made various returns for items recently and everything went through kohls still.
