I just got my Armada Starscream notice for Monday too. Funny how this shocker of arrival coincides with the article yesterday about Hasbr's distribution strategy change. Clearly there are some issues.

 

Crankcase and Skullgrin coming early has really taken me off guard, in a good way! Mine are saying shipping October 1, but I always send my orders to a pickup location, so they always give the delivery date as being later. They tend to get them in around the same time as everyone else though, so I should see them in a week or so.

 

People must be jumping on the potentially early Starscream.. because he’s now showing out of stock.

 

Passes on UT Screamer... If I find him in store I might. Still waiting to find a Jiaxus.

 

So has anyone had a shipping notice?

 

Because Amazon delivers the majority of my packages themselves now, there's usually not a shipping notice until the day of delivery or one or two days before. Everything up to that is internal movement and not a carrier handoff. Some orders still go through a third party carrier for me but it's rare.

I expect charges for the new Legacy releases within a day or two and that will take care of any doubts.

 

Pretty cool, but it's the low tier guys I want from this wave. I would be more interested if it were Dead end and Inferno.

 

I, too, am getting Crankcase on Monday it looks like! Hoping it's just him since my band is playing DragonCon next week and that's gonna be expensive enough for me, so if I still have to wait a bit for Pointblank and Dragon Megatron I'm not gonna be too mad  

 

I won't be surprised that I don't get shipping notices for these two until late Saturday at the earliest. Late Sunday at the latest. I have yet to have it give me a shipping notice the day of delivery. And like some have said, a majority of stuff is delivered by Amazon's own delivery people, yet on a rare occasion through UPS or USPS... haven't had a FedEx Amazon package in a looooooong time.

 

I ordered Skullgrin, Crankcase and Starscream just now. All say “Temporarily Out of Stock” but since it let me order them they likely have more on the way

 

My order didn't update last night but I checked and saw a listing for Starscream w/ Monday so I cancelled the original and reordered

So my Crankcase and Skullgrin pre-orders for some reason added shipping cost to the totals, when they were ordered during the 24 hour period that I had free shipping.

This added cost went on sometime in the past hour, as the last time I checked I still had the free shipping, so if anyone ordered them individually with free shipping, just check your orders to make sure it's still there.

 

I’d be happy getting Inferno now! I do wish Tarantulus would come in soon though.

Whoa, Wave 3 is already coming out!? O-o Wave 2 hasn't even hit Amazon yet! Hopefully that also means Dead end is coming, hes the only one I pre-ordered.

 

Sounds like you're not a Prime member? Is it possible that you selected the option to ship separately? That would cause you to go under the free shipping threshold.

 

Wait is this part of that new Toy Release strategy they were talking about in News?

 

Probably not, because it would still take them a while to put that into effect. It sounds like the new strategy may not really effect the collector geared lines, but I’m not quite sure yet.
