At least they're not stringing me along like they are with you. When mine didn't show up on Friday like it was scheduled to, they at least had the courtesy to tell me he wasn't coming until December 18th now. What they're doing to you is giving you false hope, and that's just evil.  

 

Yeah, this is the most trouble I've ever had with an item on Amazon. I'm sure it's an algorithm thing where it's not gonna update til it has to, but I'm glad I placed a backup order on BBTS!
(If only BBTS didn't keep pushing my other orders back, that'd be great. I waited 6 months for the Rainmakers until I found them on Amazon for less than $10 more. Subtract out the BBTS ship fee, and it was worth a few more bucks.   )

 

You know, I was going to keep the set despite it, but fuck it, i'm returning it. I love Jurassic Park, but Amazon can kiss my ass. If it goes on sale again later maybe I'll buy it. I called them yesterday and asked if they'd do a price adjustment and they said no, of course. They said I could rebuy the item at the discounted price and return the other, but when I told them it was out of stock, they basically said "Welp, sorry, fuck you." And yet, it turns out it WASN'T actually out of stock.

For a website that rakes in as much money as they do, you couldn't pull a greased nickel out of Jeff Bezo's ass with a tractor, apparently.

 

Just got my Kingdom Rodimus Prime that was on sale for $56.99. Ordered Sunday evening. Got it in less than 48 hrs. Watch out tho. Was in a shipping box that it fit just right in. Shipping box was fine, but toy box was messed up on the bottom. These may have been marked down for being damaged. YMMV.

It probably went out of stock because a 3rd party seller bought the Amazon stock on sale, just to jack up the price. But that doesn't explain how Amazon got more in stock.

 

My Tigatron says between today and tomorrow, but I haven't even been charged yet for it. So ima doubt that.

 

I wish Amazon would quit allowing 3rd party sellers for items they actively sell. But, they don't care I suppose. They make money selling the product directly, and then get even more when a 3rd party seller sells it.

 

amazon just pushed my Tigatron back a week to December 9th.

 

My guess is that Amazon only allotted a certain amount for discount and once those were sold through, their listing was pulled and restarted today at normal price. Which is absolutely shitty.

 

I don’t think it was ever intended to be a part of the sale and was just pulled down when the error was caught.

 

My KBW Tigatron arrived today. It was shipped in a brown paper envelope which was torn during shipping so, the manufacturer's packaging was pulverized to the point of snapping the turquoise hinge system during shipping. I've cancelled all my Amazon pre-orders except for the Golden Disk Collection Terrorsaur (and I would cancel that as well if it were available elsewhere at MSRP).
