One has a 512gb drive vs a 256gb. More storage thats all.

That’s it? That’s the only difference?

Seems to be, maybe there is some software included in the more expensive one also, not sure.

Hmm, how much space does the average game take up nowadays?

In laptops, yes but with a massive caveat that you need to adhere to their dimensions. M.2 storage format has been a big help here since it’s the size of a RAM stick and plugs directly into a motherboard rather than needing a power and data cable or daughter board. Downside is that it’s kind of expensive.

But, if the laptop is for gaming - like my Dell Inspiron G7000 - it likely has two hard drives anyway. Being user upgradeable or upgrade at factory is the killer.

Then it’s a good thing I’m aiming for a gaming one. I’ll figure it out.

So here’s a list of games I’m considering getting once I have my laptop in hand.

Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War(I, II, & III)
    Supreme Commander
    Starcraft II
    World of Warcraft
    Maneater(which still isn’t out yet).

Any other suggestions on the RTS front?

And I checked Steam, I’m assuming that’s pretty much the computer counterpart to Microsoft & Sony?

What place sells Blizzard games? Cause Warcraft & Starcraft weren’t on Steam.

ActivisionBlizzard have the BattleNet app, available from blizzard.com.

Also, for whichever platforms offer Two Factor Authentication, take it. I know Steam and Blizzard do.

So WoW is actually a MMORPG. They got Warcraft III: Reforged (a remaster) coming soon, end of the year/next year from what ive heard (wished they did WC & WCII too).

WoW is ~60GB. SCII is ~50GB. Not sure about the rest though.

Okay, I’ve gotten my selection 95% picked out. I intend to buy it in about 10 days.

Now I just got to hope I can handle the setting up and the eventually need for storage expansion.

Since I got til Jan to return my GPU if I want to I was so temped to pick up a better one yesterday. Saw some good priced RTX 2060 Supers. At least there's still Cyber Monday to see if I'll pick one up or not.

Sadly I'm already over my budget on what I thought I was gonna spend on my build. But I am working on that required $2000 on my credit card to get the 60000 bonus Hawaiian Miles lol.

SO I beat Modern Warwafe, now I needs a new game to play!!

I'm up in the air though, Red Dead Redemption II, or Jedi: Fallen Order? I've also never played GTA V but I'm really looking for a new single player game with great story and game play and RDRII and Fallen Order both seem extremely amazing.
