They are glamor's especially Thrust, I haven't see an ungraded one of those that nice in the last 8 years & very hard to find a graded 85. It could very well get an 85(85-90-90) IMO. Ramjet should get an 85 too seeing as a Thundercracker with a flap crease got an 85(80-90-90) very recently. Post up the end cased results I'd be very interested to see how they go :)

Thats a nice haul Jon. Is Swindle a rarer toy than Outback or something? Or just not a desired toy?

Is there some yellowing to the bubbles on your Ramjet? I ask cuz i have one that looks very similar (but with a light flap crease, darn it). I really dont want to send it in and have it come back with a 'Y' on the grade. Has anyone seen a TF jet with a 'Y' on the grade?

Nope, they're both white. Any yellow is just from my lighting and the flash. What is a "y" grade? yellowed?

Yes "Y" is for yellowed; Star Wars & MOTU are notorious for yellowing

I already posted this in the G2 Appreciation thread, but I'm going to be honest - I really wanted to show it off here too. Its not often I get an AFA item, so here he is - AFA90 G2 Hubcap :D  (I hope "G2" isn't a dirty word in this thread :p  )

I'm really proud of this guy. He brings back memories of finding the G2 minibots in the toy stores when I was younger.
On another note, if anyone is looking to sell any AFA85 (or 90) G2 minibots, I would be very interested in it. I have the Hubcap now, and it has spured me to get the other 3 minibots AFA'd :)
And I just thought I'd ask again if anyone has any idea's or could give me an idea on what these guys might grade? :)  afa-appreciation-thread-298.html#post12263558

There are some really amazing pieces here lately! Makes my mouth water just looking at them.

Shame that 90 Screamer is a HK special, but may have some value to the right collector. I would do $300 shipped for it.

The later minibots while not popular characters are extremely tough to find in 85 or better condition. There are many completists and minibot focus collectors out there that actually have the funds to seize the opportunity on a piece they either don't want to wait another 5 years to come around or refuse to let their principles get in the way of enjoying the feeling of accomplishment in completing another step towards their collecting goals.

On an open forum of price discussion.........transparency is good to a certain degree. If you take the time to do research and collect within your respectable monetary limits, you will always find joy in the hobby.
On another note, propriety needs to be respected. Example.....if a collector sold an unopened Diaclone Slag to another collector at cost of $300, because buying collector pleaded that he absolutely needed it to fill a hole in his collection.........would buying collector appreciate publicizing of selling price when after he receives said Diaclone Slag, he lists it on ebay for $1900?
    I think not.
Many collectors wish to retain an element of privacy, and that should be respected.
