I know this thread is mostly for G1 AFA'd pieces, but has anyone had any experience dealing with G2 stuff? I've got a few sealed G2 figs that I would like to get graded and I was hoping to maybe get some expert's opinions here first?

Anyone planning on going to NJCC?

Will probably go there if anyone has experience and you can find some decent sealed pieces.

Also, anyone have one of the 85 hot rods available? Really interested in any of the 84-86 pieces, AFA 75 would be the absolute minimum. PM me!

I took a couple of pics of the worst damaged parts of the cards. The cards are in great condition except for these few flaws. Would anyone maybe be able to shed some light on what grades I could expect these to get please? Sorry for all the pics:eek:  And thank to anyone who can help :)  I'm still new to AFA graded stuff, and I've never sent anything to be graded myself.

The only flaw I can see on this G2 Bumblebee is the dent on the card at the left hand side. I figured these sort of faults would drop a grade considerably?

G2 Fireflight is easily the worst of the Aerialbot set I have. Again, there is a fairly big ding in the side of his card (which you can see clearer on the back photo) He also has a bit of a dog ear on the bottom left corner, and a small chip in the top middle of the card.

G2 Slingshot has a few weird creases around the figure bubble, but I'm not sure how they got there like that. Would this impact the grade a lot?

Finally, Silverbolt has a dog ear on the top of the clamshell, and a small wave in the side.

To my knowledge, that is the only example of a Sticker corrected Targetmaster Hot Rod that is legit tape sealed. I have owned 3 of them and they were all tape cut

This happend to my sidewswipe. I still have a nice box and sealed paperwork/weapons. If anyone has just sideswipe sealed in the bubble or one with a beat up box they're willing to sell hit me up.

So if an 85 ungraded outback costs $1700 what does a 90 graded outback cost? $2200..? $2500? just curious.

When the boxes for the Targetmasters were originally produced, some were misprinted like this TM Hot Rod. Look above the window for the Targetmaster and you will see "Misfire" instead of Hot Rod. They later corrected it with stickers and then finally produced corrected boxes.

This one is not mine BTW.

I know about the three different versions of TM Hotrods boxes. Maz can you rank them in order of scarcity?
