I was floored when it did not come back a 90. The thing is perfect.

    Thanks for the props.

I could say that about every picture in this thread! Thanks for sharing eerybody - keep them coming! Also, if you have any good stories about how you acquired these great pieces (warehouse finds etc.), please share that as well. I'd also like to hear your thoughts about the grades the figures got (too low etc.) and why.

Thank you for sharing my happiness. Actually according to afa's record,so far only 3 sealed metal plates op which means the very first version were graded, and this is the 2nd highest score. that's why i am so excited. I am pursuing the next grail now. love afa 4ever.

Don't know much about start wars but I have one question? How did you get in Da Last's house to take that picture? That wood background is classic and a signature of DL2W. ;)

lovely...There is just something about the seekers (original 3) that makes me love them everytime I see them. Same goes for most of the cars and other bots but the seekers are for some reason something else, dont know if it is the coolness of a jet turning into a robot stille etched into my adult mind, it was just things most kids thought was cool and still does. How many of ous even in grown age havent hade a dream or though about flying one of those jets. A Jet is always cool and always will be.

The original seekers will to this day be one of my top favorits when it comes to the TF line.

and we all know Thundercracker is the best :p

I will never own an afa figure, but I love coming in here and seeing all this stuff. Such a rich history of boxed tf's, and I can't stop looking. Props to those of you that collect it though, beautiful display pieces.

    EAst Captain-

I feel the same way about those 3 jets. My first tf as a kid was Thundercracker and I drew his boxart 100 x over.

Although the baddest in my opinion is Skywarp. All black, first to employ the traditional Decepticon Black/ purple scheme. Plus there are very few of him in mint condition so hes a tough find.

StoneyJ- nice rare Prime! There was one on ebay awhile ago but it was double taped. probably would have been an 80 if gradeable.

I recently just got a "mint in box" pre-rub Thundercracker, and it was my very first Transformers toy as well! It's so nice to see the trio in this shape!

Blaster looks unbelievably good, don't think I've ever seen one that nice, not even the MB Blaster that came out of a factory case and sold last year...

    All the best
