At least it's kinda hilarious seeing characters meant to be real sporting maybe 5mm peg holes in their bodies.

So here is the photo booth set up I made. It’s 48” wide X 24” deep X 28” tall. I wanted to make it look nice so I dressed it up with some wood and built the cabinet underneath to dress it up and make the space usable. I still would like to make a proper soffit to clean up the top and lighting better and complete the look. I used a led lighting system from hafele that I have wired to a small black button switch located on the wood front in the lower right hand side. There is an outlet on the wall behind the booth so I have no exposed wires. The black background was cut from a sheet of black Formica. I think the lighting makes all the difference because I take my pictures with an IPhone 6 and the only editing I do is to crop the images.

Woah! That is an amazing setup you got there. If I had the space I would want a dedicated space to take photos of my figures. Might have to borrow from you if I ever get around to it.

Could you explain that white cabinet you have above the bench? That looks incredible and like how it has shelves to shack more figures on top of others.

Thanks. I wrote about that shelf here Titan Returns Appreciation Thread It’s not white but stainless steel Formica laminate and the top shelf is black steel laminate. I had to get creative and work around a Sheetrock wall ledge. I work in a cabinet shop so I get all my materials for free. The photo booth and the shelving cost me nothing but time.

Scale is not an issue for me but I agree that Megs should be Prime sized

Thanks for that pic. I was on the fence about FT Cyclonus because I thought he might be too big, but I like him there a lot.

I'd rather have it the other way around: an Optimus in that style but smaller to match the MMC Megatron and other IDW style. (Okay, I'm secretly hoping MMC will do a Stormbringer style Optimus, because I like that design better in that scale.)

But it seems to me the majority of IDW styled figures is not MP. (Nor do I really see why IDW style has to be MP.) It's of course to much to ask for competing companies to reconsider their rivals, but it would be nice if those companies who do make IDW style figures, to adhere to a similar scale. In a way Planet-X is doing that now with their upcoming Star Saber (who will fit nicely with the already existing MMC figures). That way we have a chance of getting a nice IDW based collection.

(Except -ation Hot Rod. I want that done by Generation Toys and I want it MP scale :D .)

The TW/Zeta IDW Prime not enough for you? Looks good in scale to me.

@Potchez Thanks for the suggestion, but no.

First because it's an old design and shows its age (design esthetics and articulation). Second because I'd prefer a less G1 based version (Stormbringer in this size would be gorgeous). And third and most importantly, it's Toyworld/Zeta. Bought a few TW figures and the only one I don't regret is their Infinitor/Fort Max (and only because there's no better alternative). Dislike their designs and I dislike their quality (and their FU mentality in case of QC issues).

    I understand.
Maybe one day a Stormbringer will show up. Just your luck it'll be MP10 height.

There's the too chunky weird scaled (ultra?) one, and the legends so far.

    Needs more puppy

That was definitely a low point, but the writing took an upswing and Lawrence improved fast. He was great by the end. Second only to Milne.

I vehemently disagree, but am glad that you enjoyed it. I couldn't stand to look at it, even in the previews of the later issues. I'd rank it:
    1. Milne
    2. Roche
    3. Zama Guidi and Barber
    4. the rest
    5. Lawrence
    6. Livio.
Lawrence's art is just so goddamn cutesy, I hate it.
