    August has ended with a heavy load of new Transformers sightings over the world. New Studio Series toys in Australia, Transformers One Mainline in Finland, Legacy, Studio Series and Transformers One in Malaysia, Studio Series in Mexico, Authentics toys in Netherlands, Generations Comic Edition Straxus in New Zealand, Transformers One, Legacy, Studio Series, Earthspark and Cyberverse in Panama, Transformers One, Legacy and Studio Series in Philippines, even more Transformers One, Studio Series and Jada Toys figures in Puerto Rico and some Legacy United Amazon exclusives have been found at retail in Singapore.

    I don\'t understand. I thought Comic Edition figures were Pulse exclusives, so why is Straxus just sitting on shelves like that?

    Pulse Exclusive in the USA. Vagabond is an independent retailer akin to a comic shop, so they have more allowance to pick what they order from Hasbro, limited as it may be. Some of us were able to get SS86 Optimus early from them but they had a very limited supply as an example.

    No, I can personally attest that Pulse exclusivity is not limited to the US. I did notice a few comic editions at the back of a shop I visit - I assumed it was ordered via pulse on behalf of some clients.

    I highly doubt that. When converting what Straxus sells for on Pulse vs what Vagabond is selling him for it means they're getting less than $15 margin of profit with shipping not included. Said final price also isn't an unusual asking price for a standard leader class here.

    If I get the chance to visit them again I can ask but again, I highly doubt they simply ordered off Pulse just to lose more money than they would have spent acquiring.

    I like that the packages in Malaysia are wrapped in plastic bags, to address the problem of the lack of plastic windows.I don't know how much it can stop toy theft but this makes you understand how much there is a need for them again.
