TFW2005 Images hosted in Facebook not showing up?

    I'm posting this here because a lot of people post images on this thread.

    If, like me, you use Facebook to host images, you may have noticed that your old images don't show up anymore, like this:

    I noticed that images posted in the past couple of weeks or so are not affected. So maybe the issue is a result of Facebook changing the address of its image servers without notifying users.

    Anyway, if you want your affected images to display properly short of reposting them, you can use this fix.

    Edit the affected post. Replace the string after "http://" and before "/hphotos-ak-...", such as "a3.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net" from the image URL above (the number is sometimes different even for images in the same album), with "sphotos-d.ak.fbcdn.net".

    The image URL above thus turns to:
