I hope the final colors on Vickie are not as loud and has a little more variation. You can tell by the pics these are handpainted from the chips near the joints.

 

I changed my mind about the Victoria set. I will get it, mainly to just change the paint into something better.

Hmmm.... Victorion and G2 Superion...

While the same two colors being used on all the 'bots is... questionable, I'm going to buy her just cause I like the idea. And that combined weapon looks cool.

G2 Superion... He looks great, but I'm not sure I need another Superion.... ah, who am I kidding; he's a buy, too.  

 

So is G2 Silverbolt blue and red or blue and orange?

Victorion: yuck. Plus feet and hands that don't do anything in the other modes.

That's not what I voted on! Admittedly I voted for the color choice that won, but it was TEAL (with some red and silver)...

RED THAT HURTS YOUR EYES featuring a bad shade of teal on the side.

Still. The shots are lit up by a flashbulb with a black background. These things ALWAYS look better in our rooms than they do when we see convention pics (well, to me at least). I'm sure the official stock photos on a white background will look a lot different, maybe better.

I'm a little disappointed but still hopeful, and I'll definitely pick this up--after all, this is what I voted for (almost exactly).

 

What episode of G1 was this?

The only weapon used in that episode was Chorostop?

 

Victorion's color scheme is more like a conspiracy.

But at the same time, I love her sword combining from the figures' new accessories, that thing looks awesome.

The new hands and feet I can take or leave depending on how they integrate with the individual figures.

I don't see new hands an feet on Suprion or Bruticus.

 

Cannot get over how ugly Victorion is. Hasbro clearly needs some gay men designing their female toys. A gay man would have never picked that sea-foam green... It's SO DATED. Victorion's color scheme looks like something the Golden Girls would have worn.

 

So we get new hands and feet, proper ankle tilts, combining weapons, an actual remold of the helicopter, a unified color scheme, and all new heads on one of the most garishly colored and awkward looking combiners?
