So, it is now the 13th of July and TFCC has still not collected the second payment installment for the TFSS 2.0. I contacted them the weekend after July 2nd (when they were supposed to charge us) and they told me that it should be done by Monday, July 7th. I've tried to contact them since and haven't got any response. This makes me angry for several reasons. Never mind that the toys are really late, but the payment installment dates are in limbo. I have allocated very carefully to have money in my account, but if other Transformer shops get their stuff in, that allocation will go to them (BBTS, TF Source, and such.) The other grievance is that there is no communication from the TFCC. Not on their website, not on their facebook page, not on twitter, and now no direct communication. How about some real information on important issues instead of announcements of leftover merchandise from Botcon. Anybody else feel my pain or am I just a rambling idiot?
I don't think you're an idiot, but your "rambling" may fall on deaf ears (TCC ramblings typically do). The only reason I realized the installment payment was coming was because my card was outdated and they couldn't charge it. The TCC sent an email asking me to update it. Supposedly there was an email sent out to all installment customers. If I'm remembering correctly like two people actually got that email. No surprise that their technical services are on the fritz. I'd suggest calling them again Monday morning to see what the deal is. Is this fair? No, it gets tiring. If you want the figures though, you kind of have to deal with it as their rate of improvement is slow.
I'll give them a call tomorrow and hopefully will get some kind of answer to this mess. Thanks for the reply and suggestion.
Yeah , i'd call....they hit my CC yesterday for $111 even. So they have done the billing...plus call ASAP ....they said in the earlier email they would try to bill the CC three times...then you are SOL and they cancel your subscription.
Finally got billed for the second installment. Good thing I called because today was the last day to pay. Somehow I got skipped over by the computer system. Thanks to you guys and your suggestions for allowing me to still get my Eject. Now I just gotta have a panic attack about the third installment date.
Oh great. I didn't get billed yet either and I had no idea today was the last day. I'll have to call first thing in the morning.
I guess none of you guys ever had a Matty subscription, ha, get ready for it to get worse before it gets better. It's why I don't even try to easier to just buy what you want secondary market.
