TFP in 1080p is GORGEOUS!

    Today is the start of episode 6 in the UK. Having had to watch all 22 episodes on Youtube, seeing this on my TV in such high quality made me see how amazing the animation is. It truly is the best on TV.

    Is it even possible to get in 1080p? Almost all cable programming broadcasts in 720p, and the iTunes digital version is also 720p.

    Much of TF Prime's appeal is the quality of the animation,you really do miss out if you don't view it in HD.

    Cartoon Network doesn't have an HD channel does it? If so, I missed it!

    I don't think so. I think it may just be my TV. Even so my jaw dropped when I saw it and I think a tear left me.

    The show as a whole is just so much more enjoyable in HD. And for Prime, that's saying something.

    Don't feel bad, Charter doesn't have it in HD either, but when you watch it on your HDTV it's (TFP) so crystal clear and gorgeous color, it's still a win! :D 
    I guess they figure most of the kids programming isn't as important to the HD lineup as the movie, expanded cable --you know, those we pay extra for... or national broadcast channels.

    Yeah, my cable network doesn't offer HD Hub, so I'm stuck with SD for Prime.

    Here's hoping for a Blu-ray release somewhere down the line.
