It doesn't look as bad in these pictures, but that lilac is still a deal breaker for me.

He looks... ok I guess, but I'll stick with the original Hasbro release.

 

He looks...alright.

 

Grotesque. In the package he looks ok but that waist is awful.

Looks much better than the last set of pics, which is a relief. That deep grape-purple was showing up as opaque in that set, so it's good to see the shoulders and whatnot still retain their transparency. And the alt mode looks a lot less cluttered here too for some reason.

I like him. I'm always a sucker for purple, especially cooler, bluer purples.

 

Just like this one time at a bar. I was all like "Oh yeah!" from the waist up, but then I saw what was below the waist and it was "hell no!"


Was thinking of ordering but damn that odd pinkish purple.

 

It does look...a bit better than the previous pics. I think I may actually get this eventually after all, since I'd mentally crossed it off of my "to do" list when the previous pics came out. It's still not a priority, but eventually I think I'll get this.

 

That really makes me want to hug my Animated shadow blade Megatron.

 

He looks alright from the chest upwards. South of the equator, it just goes wrong.  

 

Why did they pick the most lightest shade of purple. Looks real bad.

 

I don't like that I'm going to have to swap body parts from Darkness Megatron to make this guy look like a true Dark Energon infused Megatron, but that's exactly what I'm going to wind up doing because the end result will look amazing.

 

I hope the lukewarm vibes I am seeing here means this guy will end up in clearance...cause I like it, but not enough to warrant a purchase at full price.

 

well with the possible store sighting at a TRU for these, and the fact the pre orders have no sold out except for slicer, i dont see these going anywhere anytime soon.

 

Am I crazy for wanting a third-party maker to create a Galvatron add-on for this guy?

 

Not bad, but I did not get it because I'm planning to get Darkness Megatron, which IMO looks better, the chrome appeals to me, and that's coming from someone not too fond of chrome on TF figures.

 

Dang, that looks way worse than I thought it would turn out. Kinda glad I cancelled that pre-order.

 

I kind of like him. If he comes to Australia, I wouldn't mind him to join my Megatron horde, considering the Hasbro version is off with my other Prime toys and Darkness Megatron is sold out everywhere.
